We boarded our cat Max with PETPLS over the weekend. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was great - they almost immediately replied to our questions and we felt that they really cared about Max. They sent us regular updates as well as pictures and videos of our cat. The place is also really clean. When we picked Max up, all his things were already packed and he was in his crate ready to go. The staff really know what they are doing, they are very organized and we would be happy to have Max stay with them again.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at this cat cafe! The customer service was outstanding—the gentlemen that greeted us was so friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the perfect spot to unwind. And of course, the stars of the show were the cats! They were all so affectionate and playful, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back!

very friendly and adorable cats. they are very cuddly and not aggressive or scared. only complaint is that cat care should be better maintained by staff. many have eye and ear boogies and some longer hair cats have mats in their fur. as well, their litterboxes (although on another side of glass so no smell) were very soiled/full of poos

The owner was very kind and informative. Prices are very good compared to most cat cafes. Plenty of cats and space to hang out with them!

Absolutely lovely cat cafe!! All the cats are well-behaved and friendly, and lots of them love attention and cuddles. The drinks are reasonably priced and delicious too!

It was very fun and a paradise for cat lovers! Sadly parents said we won't be coming back due to the prices and because their skin was starting to get itchy due to having a light cat allergy to very fluffy cats but coffee was very delicious, I highly recommend it either way! <3

Most of the cats were very well behaved and cute. However, some cats were very stressed and their furs greasy and unkept. All the cats at one point were very busy grooming themselves. I suggest having grooming tools for the customers to use, to help clean and bond with the cats. Another issue was a lack of intervention and attention from the staff with how the cats were doing. I understand that the cafe is short-staffed but when the other guests are being very loud and obnoxious it causes the cats to look alert and scared. If there could be two staff members with one inside the cat room supervising the cats and another tending the customer that comes in it would be great in the future . Last but not least, please update your website with the latest cats that have arrived in the cat room. There were some cats that were at the cafe but not listed on the website .
