“We boarded our cat Max with PETPLS over the weekend. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was great - they almost immediately replied to our questions and we felt that they really cared about Max. They sent us regular updates as well as pictures and videos of our cat. The place is also really clean. When we picked Max up, all his things were already packed and he was in his crate ready to go. The staff really know what they are doing, they are very organized and we would be happy to have Max stay with them again.”

“Bosleys Ironwood is a wonderful store. The new location is much bigger with 2 dog washing stations. They have absolutely everything you need. My dog loves to visit the store. But what really makes it amazing is the staff. They're caring, knowledgeable, and always remember us and our doggo. I highly recommend Ironwood Bosleys!”

“Took my really nervous dog to one de fur. I was anxious about whether she would be okay. It turned out amazing! It looked like they had a big gentle fluffy emotional support dog there, which probably put her more at ease.
They gave her such a lovely haircut and she smelt AMAZING. She was like a toy! Her fur was so soft and they'd really taken care of her.
Have never gone anywhere else ever since. Little pricier than other places, but worth it!

“My family has been coming here for a couple of months now, we are so happy that we found them! Both Louisa and Siya gave us great tips and knowledge when we were unsure of certain things for our furbabies. They really give you insights and their knowledge on each issue or concern you may come across. They never made us feel like we were a burden, asking them what we may have felt was stupid(and it wasn't. We just felt bad for not knowing! No question is stupid! It's okay to not know a lot of these things!!) They were very welcoming and answered all the questions we had! And they really took their time to answer our questions and concerns! Nothing ever felt rushed! Even on days we're we go for short visits, they welcome you with warm smile! We are very grateful to them!! ❤️??
Both Orion and Grizz recognize the store so fast that they whine while we try to park! It is their favorite pet store to go to! And they both love Louisa and Siya. (Cause they know acting cute gets them more treats! ???)
It is a great place to have our little fur babies meet other doggies! And they always feel at ease when they go and visit (they know mommy will buy them all the snack ??)
