Both Louisa and Siya gave us great tips and knowledge when we were unsure of certain things for our furbabies. They really give you insights and their knowledge on each issue or concern you may come across. They never made us feel like we were a burden, asking them what we may have felt was stupid(and it wasn't. We just felt bad for not knowing! No question is stupid! It's okay to not know a lot of these things!!) They were very welcoming and answered all the questions we had! And they really took their time to answer our questions and concerns! Nothing ever felt rushed! Even on days we're we go for short visits, they welcome you with warm smile! We are very grateful to them!! ❤️??
Both Orion and Grizz recognize the store so fast that they whine while we try to park! It is their favorite pet store to go to! And they both love Louisa and Siya. (Cause they know acting cute gets them more treats! ???)
It is a great place to have our little fur babies meet other doggies! And they always feel at ease when they go and visit (they know mommy will buy them all the snack ??)

10880 No 5 Rd #140, RichmondTook my really nervous dog to one de fur. I was anxious about whether she would be okay. It turned out amazing! It looked like they had a big gentle fluffy emotional support dog there, which probably put her more at ease.
They gave her such a lovely haircut and she smelt AMAZING. She was like a toy! Her fur was so soft and they'd really taken care of her.
Have never gone anywhere else ever since. Little pricier than other places, but worth it!
I've moved areas now but I drive all the way back just for this place. Worth it ?

10151 No. 3 Rd #117, Richmondour golden doodle got into some fire sticks(I believe that is what they are called) ? those cactus like plants that are new to the area since i’ve been here last, she only made contact for a second with this bush at the No 3 rd dyke park (i didn’t even know they grow down here now, I know they grow in the interior, but apparently they’re here now too) and she had cactus flowers imbedded into her hair (double coated dog too) and we had no scissors we could tell she was in pain as she yelped when she barley touched it looking for her ball and ran to us. At first I thought it was stinging nettle but nope. The women at Tisol on august 25 2024 helped us get it out of her ear and saved us so much money on a vet bill. They only charged us for the scissors, they were so good with her, giving her treats, keeping her calm , they really knew what what they were doing. Both women saved us a huge vet bill as I had no idea what to do. My mom has always said this location is amazing and the staff are incredible and man were they helpful and amazing today! I highly recommend them, and we will be buying all of her food while we’re in town from here. great staff , great business !! They made my baby feel safe, they are highly knowledgeable, and gently took care of her and she was back to being happy as a clam after they cut out all the cactus plants stuck to her ear hair. I was just going in there to ask what to do and purchase scissors and they took over and helped us so much, i’ll forever be thankful to the two woman working there! They completely went above and beyond!

RichmondMy dog has anxiety and I was expecting him to be upset when I picked him up, but he was surprisingly calm.I wanted to keep the length for an upcoming event and Cilie did a spectacular job! Cilie spent so much time carefully untangling my shihpoo’s knots. His paws were all soft and fluffy after and he looked so well groomed. It was beyond my expectations! Her gentleness and care was so greatly appreciated by both me and my dog. I highly recommend Cilie! Thank you!

It was fortunately a half day admission and he slowly got back to his energetic self. The staff and Dr. Hsu are very professional and friendly. I had a very good experience with the clinic and would come again if needed!

Dr. Chaudhry was very knowledgeable and professional and the price was reasonable. My dog was taken good care of and she recovered quickly from the pain of one tooth extraction. 13340 Smallwood Pl Unit 205, RichmondWe knew today was going to be one of our family's saddest days as we had to say "Until we meet again." to our 16 year old dog, Cara. Dr. Regan Schwartz and her team were wonderful throughout this very sad but necessary process. Dr. Schwartz explained to us the entire procedure and made sure Cara would be well taken care of and be as comfortable as possible. They were very compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say our good byes. Thank you to everyone at RAPS for making sure Cara's final journey with us was as good as it could be given the circumstances.
Although we live in downtown Vancouver we're going to make the trip here as finally there is a veterinary hospital that places care and compassion above money.

Parking: The restaurant was a bit hard to find in the dark, but once we figured it out, it was just a matter of going up some stairs to a brightly lit restaurant.

Sweet Surrender Gelato
12211 No 1 Rd Unit 108, RichmondI just discovered this place when browsing DoorDash for a sweet treat, and I’m super glad I decided to give it a try. I had a really hard time picking a pint because all the flavours sounded so good, but I settled on cereal milk. A hard one to nail, but also gives me a chance to try the base without too many mixins.
I was honestly very surprised. This is real gelato, and the flavour is unreal. Sooo milky and dense, it literally glides on your tongue as it melts. And the flavour is straight up Frosted Flakes. I’m a massive flavour snob (pastry chef of ~10yrs), and this hits it out of the park. The high price might seem off putting, but gelato is a lot less aerated than ice cream so there’s more packed in there. And you really taste the difference in small batch. I’m super excited to go back for other flavors, especially pistachio and London fog.
I also tried a couple of cookies to test out the pastries, and they were great. Definitely baked on the same day, they were still chewy and crisp. 15 seconds in the microwave made them taste like fresh out of the oven. I’m usually a few bites and I’m good kinda guy, but I ate both cookies and the entire pint in one sitting if that’s worth anything ???

I love IPAs, and this is near the top of my list. The service was great. There is a nice heated outside area, and there comfortable seating inside. My only complaint was the music is too loud which can make conversations difficult. I highly recommend this brewery

But most importantly, they are pet-friendly. My friend, her puppy, and I sat on the patio on a rainy October day. Their patio is covered and heated, which is great even in lousy weather.
