Helpful staff. Adam was with me through the whole process patiently answering all my queries and reassuring me at every step. The move was very smooth. No hidden costs, no unplanned deviations. The moving staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Punctuality was top notch. The move as well has been very professionally handled. All my items, even the fragile ones were moved in impeccable condition. As a customer, you are kept informed every step of the way. I would definitely not think twice before availing their services the next time around.

My moving experience with the company was very good. The truck picked up my stuff from Edmonton on the 25th of Oct. They did everything themselves. They were professional. The delivery location for my items was in Toronto. I was given an estimated 4 weeks of arrival time but my stuff came within 10 days. Everything was door to door.I did come across 2 issues. One, the pickup was scheduled on the 25th between 12 pm to 4 pm. No one showed up during that time. I called the office a few times and emailed them but no one responded until the next day. The truck showed up at 6:30pm. The office should have informed me that the truck will be late. Second, the blankets they used to wrap my furniture were stained and too old. It left stains on my couch. So I will suggest to check the blankets when they are wrapping up your stuff.Other than that the service was excellent and the drivers and loaders were very friendly and knew what they were doing.

With a busy work schedule, I had limited time to oversee my local move to Montreal. Pacific moving team took charge, handling every aspect of the move with professionalism and care. The entire process of booking through the actual unloading of the truck was very smooth and efficient. Excellent communication throughout. No surprises. My items were handled with great care.

I used this moving company this year. I moved from Saskatoon to BC and my stuffs arrived on February 4 but my mattress had black stains on it and one of my boxes was ripped opened. The moving fees was fair. I gave them 3 stars because of the black stains on my mattress and my box ripped open.

Pacific moving did a great job moving my belongings accross the country. They were quick with delivery and all the items were in good condition! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a long distance move.

I'm not the kind of reviewer, but I have to leave a few words about this great crew! We had a perfect move! It was unexpected and I did not feel so positive about our move at all. They stepped into our house and wrapped up all the items in our household and safely delivered them to our new location and set up everything just how we wanted. You are our heroes! Best regards!

The guys who came to take our furniture were very professional and efficient. They obviously knew what they were doing, and our furniture was professionally protected and taken out in the truck within a couple of hours. The only reason for 4 stars is the fact that I initially contacted a few other companies for a quote, but it looks like that all these companies share the same dispatcher, and I was communicating all the quotes with the same two people, which was sometimes very confusing. Otherwise, I'd recommend this company!

Best service ever. I called several companies and the customer service that we received from Pacific were the best. Not only was the price fair, but the comfort that our personal items were actually going to arrive some 2300 miles away. Everything that they promised gets five stars. This was a big move for us and when the driver and crew showed up on the day of packing. They were so organized and helpful that all my concerns faded and to the day of delivery everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this moving company to family, friends, and even strangers. We booked our cross-country move 6 weeks in advance and Pacific gave us a 2 day pickup window. 48 hours before our pickup they cancelled because they couldn't get ferry tickets. They tried to reschedule a week after our lease ends (!) and our flights left (!) so we fired them. They didn't offer any alternatives and lacked compassion or regret. They refunded our deposit, an absolute bare minimum for the impossibly stressful situation they put us in. Edit to add: They tried to bribe us with $100 to change our review.

Absolutely brilliant performed move. We had a complicated house long-distance relocation with dates changing. Pacific was brilliant throughout, easy to deal with and Dave was a star. Can't thank you enough for your patience and support in moving us in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommended.

Pacific Moving Canada helped with my move from Toronto to Vancouver and it couldn’t have gone better. The movers were all professional and very careful with my things. The company responds to questions, emails, and calls in a timely manner and is always professional. All of my things are currently in storage but I’ll keep y’all updated on the condition of the furniture if there’s a problem!

We have chosen this company becasue they are very responsive and prompt in replying our enquires. We moved from Toronto to BC in mid July, it took 4-5 weeks to receive our shipment. It was a long wait but good that everything have arrivied safely. The movers are quite efficient and careful. The only unfortunate was few pieces of wood furniture have been damage or with scratches. We already have foam wrap every pieces and their movers will use blanket to wrap all the fragile items again but except the wooden one. I noticed if any furniture without their blanket wrap around would end up with damage. It is very difficult to avoid damage becasue they move your shipment several times before they send to your home.Since it took us more than a week doing unpack and it leave us tired and miss the deadline to file the claim. So next time if we have to move again we will ensure even wood furniture need blanket wrap around.
