Had my rim repaired and got my wheel alignment done. Very happy with the service and result. My car now drives better than before I dropped it off. Apparently my wheel alignment was off and it was difficult to control because of that.
The process to book was smooth & easy. Just need to book a consultation appointment, have it checked out, then book an appointment to drop off the car & have it fixed. I was able to get my car back the same week I had it dropped off. But that’s gonna vary depending on the work(s) required, so don’t quote me on that! They asked if I required a loaner’s car(covered by ICBC) while my car is getting fixed. The guy from enterprise picked me up from the shop and I was able to get my car from there.
Came back to my car all detailed, it’s as fresh as new ? I’ve attached photos of how clean they look.
Overall, would highly recommend Open Road Richmond Auto Body. Very friendly & helpful receptionists and mechanic.

Their estimates absolutely different with the reality and no respect to costumer at all, even there is no responsibility about the replacement car at all, I don’t recommend this location if you are looking for good costumer services

I received great service from Darrell Prasad and his team when I had taken in my Camry recently. Big or small, they are willing to tackle projects, and ensured that the issues with my car were fully addressed.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Open Road Auto Body Richmond location. Nowhere on their website or during my intake interview was it made clear that they do not work on cars with a rebuilt status, despite my car being part of an ICBC claim. I was shocked to learn this only after arriving for my scheduled consultation.
I took time off work and arranged babysitting to make this appointment, only to find out that they couldn’t help me and wasted my time. When I spoke with Ramon from management, he explained that their leadership chose not to disclose this important information on the website, which is frustrating and misleading.
To make matters worse, neither Ramon nor the inspector, Ricky, provided any alternative solutions or recommended body shops that work with rebuilt vehicles. The lack of clear communication and willingness to help was appalling.
While the receptionists were kind and understanding, the overall service I received from management and the inspection team left much to be desired. I will not be returning to Open Road Toyota, and I advise prospective customers to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I would to take a moment and appreciate the excellent customer service and work done my OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body. Body shop manager Ramon Goquingco and estimator Juan Ruano helped me through the service, stayed in contact with me with status updates.
I would highly recommend everyone to get your body work done with OpenRoad Richmond for excellent work and peach of mind.

Claim. They removed the bumper and repainted the area where the hit was but did not inform me of the cracks on the side before doing the repainting/repair. They did not do a full inspection of the bumper and should have informed me BEFORE doing the repair. When I picked up my car, the manager said we can repair if you pay 50% of the cost. I denied it since they did not inform me of other damages during their inspection.
I did not except this quality of service from the Open road group, now I went to ICBC in Richmond to show the cracks.
Would not recommend this location.

I have never received such incredible service from anywhere. My claim with ICBC was a nightmare and Darrell Prasad went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Darrell’s expertise with the intricacies of ICBC enabled me to have options that I would not have had otherwise. Not only is Darrell a true professional, but he was relentless in his pursuit of getting me solutions where I thought there were none. In the end, Open Road Richmond, Darrell specifically, helped me more than anyone I had dealt with throughout my ICBC claim. I thank god I brought my Audi to be repaired here and this is the only place I will ever take my cars if I need work done in the future. Words can’t express my gratitude to Darrell for taking care of everything!

All the employees here are really rude and show attitude, they messed up my seat and carpet when I brought my car in for work and when I showed them they said it wasn't them and where showing a lot of attitude. I would not recommend coming here.
