4 hrs for an oil change and tpms scan. Frankly Thee worst experience, service manager had zero friendliness, no one was friendly, cold unwelcoming environment. No, “Hi Sir how are you today.” My impression is they wouldn’t care to charge $3000 for an oil change on a sante fe.
Would never return and will spread the word.
Coffee gave it one star other wise zero.

Bought a used car. I sensed there was an issue with it after leaving the dealership. They agreed to take a look and continued (over multiple visits) to correct it to my satisfaction.
Very happy with the sales team and management (never felt pressured to purchase) and very happy with the service team and management (working on the car at no cost to fix the issue).
Not what I expected from a car dealership. Thank you.

Beware of their engine quality - I bought a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership last March and it burns engine oil. The low engine oil alert appeared twice prior driving 2700 kms. In both instances, they said no leaks in engine and just topped up the oil. I am now undergoing an oil consumption test with them wherein I have to go to their dealership 6 more times every 1000kms, before they even consider replacing the engine. This is not a great customer experience and getting a new car should not be this of a hassle. Based on my experience, there is no peace of mind with owning Hyundai cars. Engine quality is questionnable.

I went to this location hoping to buy my first car after having used my dad's hand me down for the past 10 years. I know absolutely nothing about cars and have walked into several dealerships around the area just hoping to get advice. Perhaps it was due to my casual summer attire, but most dealerships and their sales people did not give me the time of day and pretty much ignored me when I walked around browsing cars. However, the moment I stepped into OpenRoad Hyundai in Richmond I was greeted warmly by a gentleman by the name of Justin Mak. His youthful enthusiasm and knowledge of cars is only surpassed by his customer service. He took the time to explain everything in detail to me, and I definitely feel like I know much more about cars now. I explained to him that I was still browsing at other dealerships, but that did not stop him from giving me the best service I have ever got at a dealership. To be honest, what I may consider when I finally purchase my car is the customer service I receive both before and after I buy. If Justin's level of care, attention to detail, and patience reflects all of the OpenRoad Hyundai team, then to me its a no brainer where I buy my car.
