My whole experience buying a car at Open Road was flawless from beginning to end. We were greeted by Michael Wu promptly and attentively, he put me at ease instantly despite me being very nervous having been in a serious car accident. He was sympathetic and made me feel like I could ask extra questions and take more time. Micheal treaded me like family, and it definitely played into my choice to purchase at Open Road. In addition everyone was friendly from the front desk, to the manager and we especially liked everyone coming up and congratulating us as we came in to pay and collect our new car. I appreciated Michael checking in frequently and even made sure the vehicle was detailed, fueled up, and was delivered smoothly. Michael followed up the next day to make sure we loved our car. I will not hesitate to send friends and family to purchase a car at Open Road. Thank you Michael! We love our new Lincoln MKX ! You have a bright future ahead of you !

The used car we bought was not serviced properly. Five months after purchase I brought it back to the dealership for an oil change and was told the drive belt needed replacing. During the sale it was emphasized that all service was done and that if we were to buy used elsewhere, we should be sure to find out if the drive belt was done. It turns out, the drive belt was overdue for replacement by 34,000 km when they sold us the vehicle. I paid for the replacement; they did not offer.
During the sale, the sales person agreed to replace a cosmetic part. It was on backorder. I was told it would be a few months. We're still waiting a year and a half later. I have to contact them to check on the part. It's very easy to believe this has been forgotten.
At the time, we liked both the sales person and sales manager we worked with. They were low-pressure. The sales person does not work at this location anymore. We also liked that the prices seemed fair.
If I were to buy again from them, I may take the vehicle for a prepurchase inspection at another shop... but it seems really odd to take a dealership vehicle for a prepurchase inspection. Confidence is one of the things buying from a brand name dealership ought to give you.
I brought the car in for calibration of the front-facing camera after windshield replacement. Their 'most senior technician' spent an hour with it and was unable to complete the calibration. They asked that I have ICBC replace the windshield again, but with Acura glass. ICBC was willing to pay for Acura glass, but also showed over 100 successful usages of the same part by other shops in the past 18 months. The glass replacement shop brought in a third party and they were able to complete the calibration.

10/10. Bhavdeep was very helpful and insightful on my situation. He SAVED me when i was in a terrible ordeal with my previous lease and he did everything to help me break out of it. He saved me from 4 more years of the previous lease which would have costed me more than $30k if i continued with this lease. Bhav will make sure you’re in good hands ??

They did not want to book me for a service appointment because I didn’t know the VIN number. Then I called with the VIN number and they were like I should take the car where I purchased it from. Very weird. Seems like they do not wanna work
