I had the best shopping experience at Oak + Fort Richmond Centre location. Roena was so knowledgeable with her style and color and helped me put a few outfits together. The pieces are interchangeable and compliments my skin tone. I’m all set with my fall and winter wardrobe. I highly recommend Roena to help with your shopping.

I had a great shopping experience in this store. When I first entered the store, I planned to find tops and bottoms suitable for work. Then Tiffany jumped out to help me complete my request. She was really mine. savior. In the future, if anyone needs to buy clothes and doesn’t know how to choose, please ask Tiffany for help. She will give you immediate help and stunning outfit combinations.

Customer service will need to be improved. I always have good experiences with Oak and fort at many locations but Richmond is the worst. One of the sale associate asked me if I need any help after I tried on a dress, I was asking if they have extra small and she turned me down right away without checking. I ended up walk over to the front and found the size. If this is how you treat your customer, I will not buying anything in store but online!

Me and my friend had a separate return to do and first thing first, we were greeted with attitude by the cashier which we unfortunately didnt get the name. When it came to my transaction, I had a reciept which was different from the usual receipt i guess, but also I was told on the date of purchase that the receipt would be emailed to me which was never. That is also another thing that should not have even happened. Anyways, she crumpled my receipt and threw it away just to end up taking it out again because apparently she couldnt find anything even after taking my number. And when she finally seemed like she found the record, she tells me I cannot do the return because I bought it on sale. She just assumed that when I had actually bought the item for regular price, its just that i paid part of it with the store credit I had from before. It does not even seem like she knows what she is doing because she was just going to return the full amount to me on my card until I asked about the store credit. And when I was told to sign the return receipt, she just tossed the pen to me. Also, she snatched my return copy when i was asking further details about the return to store credit. I understand we all go through bad days but it is unprofessional to project it onto customers with such attitude.

My friend and I did our return in this store and the cashier idk whats her name but she is an asian girl in straight hair— served us with full rude attitude and seems like she doesnt know what she’s doing she even called her manager twice about our separate returns.
I work in retail so I know that customer service is the key to make your customer feel welcome. Just a simple smile wont hurt anyone, right.
Next time, dont work in a customer service environment if you can’t even say hi & thank you.

I had an awesome experience at this store! I was looking for a few tops and bottoms for work and Tiffany was able to find everything for me! She is such a great person and is so helpful! 10/10 experience! If you need any help definitely ask Tiffany!
