I have no problem with the service at this shop, but I just brought a twin star cup today that is made for drinking, and when I washed it for the first time, the sticker of the twin star started peeling off right away so I’m upset about the quality of the product

This little boutique sells lots of cute Hello Kitty, Sanrio character items, from bags, backpacks to pens to kitchenware. While the items are a little pricey (because they are licensed), you can find items on sale and the product quality is generally pretty good. HOWEVER, the customer service isn't always great though.
