Staff would not let my family hold items while we shop, snatching items out of our hands asking if we are buying. Felt targeted because they were not doing this to other customers.

Poor customer service. Staff was rude and unfriendly. We were going to purchase something but decided to leave. Will not come again.

When you pick up the items purchased on vx in the store, they will not be returned or exchanged before they leave the store. From the beginning to the end, we will not return or exchange. This century-old brand would not dare to be so arrogant.
