I didn't get the cleaning I was expecting. For my mazda cx30, I paid 55+ tax + tip. However, if I had paid after cleaning, I wouldn't pay any tip. Details are not even care of. They try to do bulk work.

Paid $70 and they really just wiped seats down and vacuumed, called back about problem I fixed and manager said “I told them not to waste their time on it , it obviously needs a detailing”

The detail cleaning for RMB 350 is very average. There are water stains on the car glass, and the interior is said to be cleaned with high-temperature steam, but it was actually wiped with a wet cloth, which is very outrageous. The floor mats were all stained by vacuum cleaners, which was very ugly, and the rear radar was stained. Not recommended to go.

Shows up at 5:15 asking for a wash, they said last was 5, an hour before closing. There was no signage or anything on the website about it.
Don't waste your time.

I don’t know why the washing is so bad now and it’s not at the same level as before. It looks like it has not been washed. There is dust everywhere. The dust in the trunk has not been wiped. There are water stains and dirt on the rear lights and front lights. It is really too bad. Moreover, someone at the car wash kicked the white interior and made it dirty. Don't come, you'll be unlucky! ! !

The car wash was empty and I had to wait because the car in front of me was getting a hand wash. Not efficient use of time if you just want a quick exterior wash.
I was waiting inside to pay because the cashier was slow to process payments of the customer in front. Overall took a long time to pay and to get the wash.
