Great service, good deals and convenient location.Special thanks to Rik and bread help me porting the numbers from fido + Telus to bell.The communication was concise and straightforward, bread took his time to answer as many questions as I have and Rik took the transaction very personal.Love this place and will continuing visiting this location for service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at DNA Mobile. The person assisting me with my phone plan made numerous mistakes, leading to a substantial inconvenience and wasted time.To make matters worse, when the store owner, Rik, witnessed his associate's struggle, he showed little willingness to help and gave unhelpful and incorrect resolutions to the issues.I had to spend additional significant amount of time on the phone with Bell customer service team to rectify the errors.Despite how they were unable to do their jobs correctly, I later shockingly learned that he spoke negatively about me to my friend about how I was unable to comprehend what they doing when my friend visited the store later that day to pick up her SIM card. Extremely dissapointing and unprofessional service overall.

Pretty clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is confortable. The business owner is very nice, friendly, patient, and professional. You won't feel been pushed to purchase their products as the typical sales do. Store is located inside Lansdowne shopping mall. Free mall parking lot available. Skytrain stations and bus stops are nearby in short walking distance. Many dinning options are available nearby as well. Overall, I would recommend it!
