I bought an umbrella, and in less than a week the umbrella was broken. I didnmt even use it before I noticed was broken, I went to miniso, they asked me for the receipt, I didn’t got it but I had the transaction and I’m a member so maybe if they checked they can see I purchased one week ago, and they say no, we can’t do nothing for you, the most expensive umbrella i bought in my life for nothing.

Used to be a good place to shop, but with the increase in prices, it's just not worth it anymore. I cannot understand why such companies become so greedy when clearly their quality is worth only a certain price range and not more. This is also evident with the diminishing number of people over the last few times I have been there. Customer service also needs to improve big time. It's like when you have any issue, you don't even know where to go because they're so useless! When they end up closing (ironically Miniso closed down before), they blame it on the government rather than themselves!!

It’s too bad. I bought a desk lamp and the brightness was low. The clerk brought a new desk lamp to compare. It was obvious that the desk lamp in the store was very bright. The desk lamp I bought was very dark. The clerk was still talking nonsense. It’s the same. I said you look at yours. The lamp was very bright, but mine was very dim. The clerk put away the new desk lamp in the store and said that it could not be replaced. Your desk lamp can work. Oh my God, the security guards came later, and one of them could speak Chinese. Someone, probably their leader, checked and found that there was something wrong with my desk lamp and replaced it with a new one. After an hour of communication, I was told that there was a problem with the light and that it could not be replaced. I'm so angry that I don't recommend going there. A broken desk lamp can still emit a weak light, so I just say it's okay. Oh my god.
I bought a lamp, the brightness is low, the clerk took a new lamp comparison, obviously the store's lamp is particularly bright, I bought a lamp is particularly dark, the clerk is still open-minded blind, the same, I said look at your lamp is very bright, my very dark, the clerk put away the store's new lamp, said can not be replaced, your lamp is working, my God, later the security guards came, came to a person who speaks Chinese, I guess Then the security guard came, a Chinese speaker, probably their leader, compared my lamp with the problem and gave a new one. After an hour of communication, I was told that the lamp was fine and could not be replaced. Too angry, not recommended to go, a bad lamp can still emit a faint light, said good. Geez.
