Bought all Bosch appliances from them 5 yrs ago. Now my Bosch fridge isn’t working. Terrible after sales service- non-service. They said only Bosch can service the fridge that hasn’t worked in over two months. Can’t get hold of the correct people at midland. I am shocked at them selling things they have no ability to help get fixed.
*** who sells things but takes no after sales responsibility?

Awful experience with customer service. I was promised delivery within 4 hours but it took nearly 8 because my stove wasn't loaded on time, and no one informed me. Considering the hefty delivery fee, I'm thoroughly disappointed.
I wasted my entire day waiting for this delivery. When I called, I waited on hold for 15 minutes and couldn't reach a manager. After 4 or 5 calls, they finally gave me the delivery service's number.
This place is completely disorganized. I'd recommend shopping at Trail Appliances or Home Depot across the street for better customer service and reliability.

Kevin Chang was our kitchen appliance specialist for a major renovation at our Whistler home and he is top notch. You will be hard pressed to find such a thorough considerate human being helping you with your household needs. We will be back for all our appliance needs. Thank you Kevin! 👏🏼

I bought a number of appliances last year from Midland for a new house in 2023 last year and spent over $50,000 but received terrible and bad customer service from Midland.There were 3 Bosch range hoods that were part of the package. We did not anticipate the hazardous design of them until they were installed in my house. We started using one that was installed in one of our kitchens and time and time again my wife and I hit our heads on the pointed metal edge.The corner is like a knife tip above our heads . We would try to avoid this by reaching the cooktop from different angles but finally both of us sustained deep gashes on our foreheads from hitting our heads on the range hood and decided to contact Midland as we also would have tenants in 2 other kitchens in the future and did not want to be liable for their injuries.Midland said that the range hoods were installed too low and had nothing to say about our injuries that we sustained due to hitting our heads on the sharp corner of the range hood.Our builder confirmed that they were installed as per code height. However these range hoods are 23 inches deep compared to the normal 20 inches so they extend out an additional 3 inches and also 11 inches thick compared to normal 5 or 6 inches. If the range hood was installed higher a taller person would still hit his head when bending to use the stove top. Incidentally we were never shown the range hood when we went to the showroom to select our appliances so we could not have anticipated the problem.After lengthy denials, Midland finally took back the range hoods and gave us 3 range hoods of a different brand but we had to pay for removal and installation ourselves. Out of frustration with dealing with Midland we agreed in order to move on. They did not mention anything about the price differential. The original range hoods cost $1550 plus tax each and the replacements cost $799 plus tax each. A price difference of about $2200.We later inquired about the difference but Midland refused to pay us the difference of price. Our builder also tried many times to ask for the money back. We were misled by Midland and we took a loss and sustained injuries due to no fault of ours.I have NEVER experienced such irresponsibility and bad customer service from a company in Canada before. Do not buy your appliances from Midland!

Ordered 2 fridges, 1 gas range, range hood, microwave , and microwave trim in Nov 30, 2023. Paid the deposit and the order was placed and confirmed. After one month, they told us the fridges were back ordered. Waited for another month, but still no update and was told it might be available late March! Cancelled and ordered from another store. Coming next week!!! Received refunds for the fridges but not for the delivery fees. They charge $129 Midland delivery fee for the 1st item, then $35 per piece there after.

We would like to thank Henry Hendiyouni for his top-notch customer service. We were looking for a gas range and Henry was so knowledgeable and patient explaining all the pros and cons for different models/makes, pricing options, warranty etc. The purchase was a breeze with him explaining all the delivery process and logistics details. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order the next business day due to unforeseen circumstances. We were anxious but Henry contacted us right away even on his day off to process the cancellation. I would definitely go back to Midland/Henry for any future appliance purchase and refer friends going there. Thanks again Henry !

A very bad decision to deal with Midland. Spent over $5000 on a Frigidaire Refrigerator, that showed up with a) a broken drawer, b) a drawer that wouldn't close, c) a shelf that was not properly attached, d) a drawer runner that was completely missing. I spent months trying to get any attention at all, and finally after kicking up a fuss, the manager gave me the 1-800 for the manufacturer and told me to call them. You'll get a much better price on your appliances if you buy them on line, and the service will be the same as if you dealt with Midland. Don't make the mistake that I did... prior to setting foot in their showroom, take a look at their on line reviews, and check their affiliation with the BBB (they are NOT affiliated in BC). I dealt with their Langley location, and it has been a complete disaster. Ultimately, I will end up having to pay for a patch-job for what was supposed to be a brand new appliance. The experience completely ruined what was supposed to be an exciting new kitchen for our home.You can do better. Take your business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. They don't take responsibility for poor delivery, non-working products that are supposed to be new and give you trouble. Rob is the worst, he doesn't even listen to what customers are saying and blames the situation back on customers. Not customer focused, empathetic and continually a poor level of service.They don't help you. just make you go through all the manufacturer's service technicians and don't take responsibility for new non-working products. They are the worst. Rob doesn't listen at all, steve is not helpful and wayne just doesn't do anything. pushes everything back on the customer. The worst company. Don't spend your time here and money here, they just waste it and don't respect their customers. If I could give them negative stars, I would. they send rounds and rounds of people that don't give the same information and don't just do what they are supposed to do. horrible.

I feel like a VVIP when dealing with Ronald Yip of Midland. He was more than helpful and efficient. He helped me out with something that is beyond his job without any hesitation. Congratulations to Midland for having staff like him. I would have no hesitation in recommending Midland to clients wanting to get appliances at all.

Shopping for appliances can be a bit of a nightmare but I had the complete opposite experience at Midland with Lucas. Unbelievable customer service from this yound lad and knowledgeable about every product in the store. We have been working together for a year and a half as we were building, and we haven’t had any issues. Lucas has moved to the Langley store now. If you want old school service go see him. Don’t even bother with Coast or Trail.
