Went here a few days before Halloween to get some Halloween costume supplies. One staff near the fabric section was super knowledgeable about what material would work with my project. She also gave me alternative material, and helped to locate it. I always go here to get some arts & craft supply. Price is reasonable for very niche items.Pro tip: Always check the coupon online, managed to get 40% off.

Fantastic service from the young woman in the framing department, really outstanding service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and sympathetic to someone working on a smaller budget. I ended up returning the frames I had purchased at a different retailer and buying everything at Michael's because of her great judgement in what type of framing my prints would look best in. She also pointed out that Michael's had a discount code on their website I could use. Really appreciate her guidance, just moved into a new apartment, so will be back to Michael's for more home purchases.

This is where my family spent a lot of time buying stuff for my boy's learning and joy. No matter in the US or Canada, this has been a must visit spot for us.We got amazing deals, materials and pleasure out of this store.
