Bad customer service, would never return again

I'm only giving a one star reviews because there is no option for zero stores. This store has horrible customer service. Staff are NOT friendly and borderline rude. If you need to do a return, their attitude changes from bad to worse. It's obvious they don't want to process returns. Staff act like you're inconveniencing them by asking for different sizes. The store is empty most of the time, they should be greeting people warmly. Don't bother going into this store. You're better off buying online. Or just go into the store to try on what you need and then purchase online and tell the staff you're not purchasing from them because they're rude. Perhaps, then they will offer better customer service when their jobs are in the line since the store could be shut down for poor sales numbers.

Worst customer service ever. I went to pickup my online order (Bradshaw Medium Leather Messenger Bag) from Michael Korrs Richmond branch yesterday .I was told that they cant find the bag anymore and when i asked if i can buy something available in the shop with the same price instead they said it doesn't work like that it and they will refund the money. I asked for the refund receipt and the customer assistant said i have to wait 72 hours for my refund and the refund receipt. Following my experience in detail.I ordered a handbag for pickup from the Richmond Branch from the Michael Korr website after it said there were 4 in stock. I went there to pick up as soon as i entered the store there were two customer assistants. As soon as i approached one, she said go talk to the other customer assistant even before i asked anything from her even though i was the only customer at that time in the store. So i talked to the other one she looked through my details and went to grab my order. Waited 15minutes she said she will go talk to the manager inside and she told me that the manager told her there should be in the stock and asked me to wait. After waiting she said she couldn't find it and went back in again to speak to the manager. Came back out and looked at the floor and drawers again. Then i said its ok if you cant find it let me get something similar or a the same bag of a different color then she showed few options including the same bag of a different color. Then she went back in to see the manager and at that point i selected a different color of the same bag. When she came back out she said that the manager refunded and i need to repurchase even if i want to get something instore. I was about to leave and asked for the refund receipt. She went back to speak to the manager and she told that i have to wait 72 hours and she cannot give me a refund receipt. I left the store and called the Michael Korr Customer service line and the experience was horrible the responder said they cant do anything about it and systems are different from one branch to the other.It was my first order from Michael Korrs which i obviously didnt get anything other than a 72 hours wait for a refund receipt and refund and it will be my last.

The most WORSE and RUDE sales ladies EVER!!! Don’t even try going there. Waste of time. These 2 Chinese ladies shouldn’t be working there. The moment you go inside the store they will just ignore you as if they didn’t see you, when you ask question, they answer in a rude manner. I give Michael Kors Richmond Center a very poor rating of NEGATIVE... not EVEN ONE STAR... and wont even recommends it to my friends and colleagues. WORSE.... oh by the way.. if a chinese Customer comes inside, they will treat them like QUEEN!!! (These 1star doesn’t deserve this store)

I went to buy a bag today. But the customer service was so bad that I end up leaving the store because they are extremely rude. I was looking for something and when I asked the asian lady there and she was like,” what do you want?” with such an attitude that I just hate. Worst experience ever.

the shop staff are all unhelpful and Chinese struggling with broken English, what's more they scam customer by overcharging CND$20.00 on top of the pricetag. I went back to ask for refund they refused. When I point out this ia scam a Chinese woman manager even lauged and agreed what I accused of them being scamming!!! This fashion brand should work on their credibilities before they brand on their image!
