I left a pack of cash of 6K in car and sent the car to MG collision … when I thought of getting it from the body shop …it was gone. I rather believe their staff are so nice to keep it well for me and when I get my car back I’ll see the money stay where it was.

I’ve been to MG a few times now, Mike has always been great. The quality of work is excellent, they go above & beyond. My interior was quite dirty & they made it look brand new again. Which was great considering I was having my number fixed.

I’ve been here so many times and I trusted this company but they messed up my paint and used a lot of glue on fixing some parts! Some of the parts didn’t even put properly! So ridiculous! Good thing I have a friend who checked everything and help me.

I have had the pleasure of owning and driving Volvo cars for over 30 years and it is inevitable that accidents will occur with the amount of cars on the road nowadays. Ninteen years ago our shiny green 850 Turbo Wagon parked beside our house was hit and run one snowy night causing major damage to 80% of the drivers side. Amazingly it was drive-able so I took it to Docsteader Motors for suggestions. Without going into detail they gave me a business card for MG Collision on Bridgeport Rd, Richmond and the rest is history. I have since taken numerous ICBC claims and one non out of pocket refinishing job to MG. Mike senior and now his son Mike junior have always been respectful, dependable, and thorough and outstanding in all transactions. I cannot think of any negative comments in the many years of using their services with our Volvos.Thank you MG!

Terrible experience, waste of my time, lack of communication. I tried to bring my truck for repair and I constantly need to call in and/or email them to get any sort of update. Wasted my time for 2 weeks and turns out they weren't planning to fix my car... didn't even bother telling me, I had to ask myself.

Mike and Qasim helped turn a painful experience to something more bearable with their excellent service. From the first phone call to the last, both were professional but warm and easy to talk with. Answered my questions with a lot of patience. Gave me updates in a timely manner. The car came back spick and span inside and out. It smelled like new! They even went the extra mile with me. Literally. Highly recommend.
