“I recently visited this LifeLabs location for the first time because my usual lab had no available appointments soon enough. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the walk-in process was—efficient, prompt, and fast. The staff, including the tech who checked me and my husband in, were accommodating and straightforward, with no fuss at all. I waited a maximum of 10 minutes before being called.

I have a strong fear of needles and often faint during blood draws, but Mandy, the nurse who performed my bloodwork, made the experience much more comfortable. Her friendly demeanor helped calm my nerves, and despite my low pain tolerance, I felt virtually no discomfort. I will definitely return to this location and specifically request Mandy in the future.

My husband also had bloodwork done at the same time, but his took about 10 minutes longer due to some initial issues with his file. Although the older nurses seemed a bit intimidating, our overall experience was very positive, especially considering it was a walk-in visit.”
