Outdoor mall with high-end shops and mid-level shops as well. Reminds me of a California/Las Vegas outdoor mall. There are some definite deals to be had

It's close to Vancouver Airport. It opens at 9:00 pm. It's very big and easy to walk around. We spent 5 hours here and it wasn't enough! The plane was flying so close to us that we forgot to take pictures!
