Jason's reception was very cordial and professional. The car has just arrived at the factory. I will share more about it later.The car was delivered ahead of schedule on 1/15. The sheet metal and painted parts are as good as new. This is a highly recommended car repair shop. Great!

This place is real shady, I dont recommend it. Tons of redflags here. They dont like to provide itemized work orders like the parts, labour, reason for repair, etc. When you do request an itemized list, its unclear and vague. They also drag their feet in writing it and take days to deliver it to you.They take a long time to respond and will take weeks to fix something without communications. And when they do, surprise, its a higher price because "something" broke while they were repairing.They prefer cash over card and will even try to give you a "discount" over it.If you do have to come here, make sure you keep your receipts. You never know if they cut corners or not because they dont tell you everything.

Had both of our vehicles serviced here. When it comes to parts replacement, their technicians would explain why it needs to be replaced and how it would effect the performance of driving. They will give you a deatail quote and let you know the ETA of the parts.

Recently, my porsche macan just done the maintenance, due to the lack of the communication with the machnic person ,I had lots of doubts about the maintenance jobs he made for me. So I decided to find another car shop for third-party inspection of the car. When I arrived at the Maxeme Auto, the co-owner, Jason, welcomed me warmly. He lifted my car up on the car elevator and carefully checked the whole condition of the tires and brake pads. Battery condition, and also very carefully listened to the sound of the engine operation, and patiently explained to me the various parts of the car functions and maintenance tips. To be honest, I've been driving for decades, and I have never known much of Jason's advices so my heart is full of gratitude to him. After the inspection, I said that I would pay for it, because it took up the equipment of their company and also taking up lots of Jason's working hours, so it was natural for me to pay for it. However, Jason firmly refused to accept, he said he understood my anxiety, just wanted to help me at the first place , and couldn't charge for it. I am really surprised and moved, living in Richmond for so many years, in the vehicle maintenance and repair industry for the first time to meet such a professional, enthusiastic and kind people. I feel so thankful that there is a car maintenance shop in the city that does not aim to make money, but whole-heartedly dedicates its service to the need of its customers.Thank you, Jason, Thanks a lot, Maxime Auto!Danhlian Cao

Because the rear of the car was hit, I called the car repair shop to make an appointment for an estimate and repair. Previously, I contacted the boss Kent directly. The boss was very professional and kind, and he answered all questions. So we have been doing this for several years. I spend all my time here doing repairs and maintenance. This time, it was the mainland girl at the counter who asked us no real answers. We just wanted us to leave the keys quickly and leave. As for how long the car will be kept, how much time it will take to estimate it, and how long it will take to repair it, we have approximately We didn’t know when we could pick up the car. We further asked about the exact time and said that we only had this car available, and we also needed to pick up the children. The girl at the counter just replied, "There is nothing I can do about it." Dismiss us, we are very unhappy with such an experience this time. We hope that the girl at the counter can improve and show her professional attitude.
