When I went to pick out a wedding ring, the store clerk didn't know much about it and didn't understand the demand. Later, the manager came out and introduced us. We were buying a diamond wedding ring, but we needed to change the ring circumference. We were only given a certificate of the diamond that day, and no box or bag. , when I went to pick up the ring the next week, the store clerk and manager who originally served us were not there, but another lady served us. After getting the ring to try on me, that's it! You told me to wear it and walk around... I wonder if you misunderstood that I just wanted to change my ring size? No sales fee? Most gold jewelry stores provide complete packaging for everything you buy, but Lukfook Jewelry does not provide anything, including box cleaning cloths! ! Very bad! I felt very bad on the day I picked up the ring. I would not recommend purchasing there.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. sales people are extremely pushy, and prey on the older generation to buy buy buy and immediately.
my mom was pressured into purchasing something here and she is easily tricked by people like the ones who work here. she can hardly read or see any policy due to her poor eyesight but they just say sign here without reading. she wasted her hard earned money here, i think like $10k and asked to return the item. they said they can’t because they don’t accept returns, even when the money literally hasn’t even been posted on the credit card. they first tried to say we can’t return cause the manager is not here, then next time they said it’s because the company is in hong kong. then they said their machine doesn’t have the function for it. fyi debit credit machines have that ability built straight in. just straight up lies and excuses while they try to get you to leave.
needless to say they are money hungry vultures who judge people based on the way they’re dressed, chase money on commissions and are ignorant on how to use a machine.
stay far away from this disgusting place :)

I was looking for a simple, dainty necklace to go with my cool-toned outfits. I ended up with a beautiful platinum necklace at Lukfook, and I'm delighted with Kathy’s exceptional service.
I was in the store for almost an hour deciding which design I liked the best. She was patient, attentive, wasn’t pushy at all and made the shopping experience a great one.

Luk Fook or Look Fook?This store is located inside Richmond Center close to the Bay area. The store is well lit with most of their jewelleries on display in their display cases and there are sales associates stationed at each section to assist the customers.I tried the other jewellery store, Lao Feng Xiang, but their sales associates and procedures there were just outright weird. And Chow Tai Fook outside the mall just had limited selections unlike they do in Hong Kong. Therefore at the end of the day I am back here again.Originally I wanted to buy one item but ended buying two items because the 2nd item was crafted with a very special design plus the sales lady willing to give me a good and fair price for them both.Overall, quite happy with the courteous and patient service here. Plus the prices here are reasonable fair for the 24k jewelleries.Not just Look’ing but Luk Fooked a couple of 24k purchases and will be a repeat for me.

I had the money to buy a similar ring they sold me before. I was treated nicer when i was with my wife, and terrible when I was alone. NEVER shopping there again!!!!!
