Wasted hours on the phone to get the referral fee for two phones. it never got done. finally got to log onto my account and waste another 30 minutes to find out i did not fill in the form on time so i do not get the referral fee for two new customer. Plus there service sucks. Thank your online assistance for this review. I will review any address with lucky mobile just to make sure i do my best to negative market this business.

Lucky Mobile has some reasonably cost-effective unlocked plans but the customer service is terrible. We have automated credit card payment with them but several times they cancelled my phone without notice saying that payment hadn't gone through when each time it had (according to my bank account and my bank reps). Every time, it took a lot of time and effort to try and get them to restore cell service. They never took responsibility for their own errors. Finally switched to Public Mobile with the hope that Telus offers better service than Bell. We'll see.

Horrible Customer Service, rep was rude and refused to get management. After having my account verified with my boss the phone was disconnected and no one called back. Then spent time trying to call back but the phone system would not let me reach a rep again. Reached out on Facebook as there was no other way and they told me again I had to verify the account with my boss. It was a brutal experience and now I have given up and will be cancelling the phone. Basically the rep that spoke to me when I got connected just didn't give a Sh**
Run as fast as you can from this mobile company!

Never return calls, never even cancelled my cell phone number. Went there twice to cut off of my cell phone number off. Not very nice workers to talk to, mad tone. Anybody else had this problem? Maybe we should get together, about sueing.

My review is for Lucky Mobile Customer Service, for the phone contacts, not for the store.Talked to them twice: first time in the spring, when I was activating my service. Lady has unprofessional attitude, was unpleasant, and wasn't able to do her job. Has to call them again and other customer service representative easy and quickly solved the issue. Second time I talked to them recently. While a representative tried, she was unable to offer me suitable solution. Her supervisor, on other hand, even do not tried!...he just put his phone down and let me explain the issue, not listened to me. What a service! When I noticed that, he explained, that he can not help me any way and I have to drive to the store... one hour by the car for me to verify my identity.(??) The last resort before dropping them was to call to the store. They were able to suggest me, what to do, other then drive to the store :) Summarizing all: in general this provider is a good value (I would rate high if do not need to call customer service!) considering the price, but customer service is hit and miss.

This review is for Lucky Mobile itself. I bought the SIM card from its website. Tried to activate it through internet. I was not successful. Then I talked to Customer Service twice. Ultimately, the employee said my SIM card was garbage, the card number had been deactivated for good. The worst part of the situation was when the employee told me I should not wait for a refund because It would take forever. "Your best bet is put the card in garbage and buy another one at Dolarama". Anyhow, I returned the card, and let us see what happens.
Pros: Reasonable waiting time on the phone. Call center looks like it is in North America, not in Asia.
Cons: Their inability to solve all issues through telephone.

Lucky Mobile was able to fix my phone promptly (within 45 minutes) when I was in the middle of an emergency and needed to use it. They are very friendly and provide excellent service, within a very affordable price range. Would highly recommend them!

A relatively new ‘low cost’ mobile phone provider from Bell offering prepaid subscriptions. Reasonably priced if you’re looking for just greater Vancouver area with little data. No data limited minutes plan starts at $10! Data plans start at $40.
