Inquired about a car. Made an offer. Salesman responded with asking me to come down to the dealership to talk numbers and look at the car. And then was left on read and ignored when I mentioned I was from Alberta and would have to fly in if a deal was made.
Proceeded to follow up, and his response was that he didn't want to waste his time.
I guess Albertans aren't treated with the same respect.

Bought a 2009 Nissan GTR from them not long ago. Gino was great , accommodated any requests and the sale was smooth.
Problem was that i needed to spend about 5000 in repairs on it after it came to toronto. The whole bill was 9k but thats because i wanted things added. New fuel pumps and bell housing were 2 crucial components that needed to be replaced. I think they should check cars out more before they buy them to resell. Or at least be open to renegotiating the price once i noticed the check engine light on my test drive. My car also needs all the weather stripping redone because water comes in the doors when it rains hard.
Im also baffled on the fact that I put 60,000 down and the financing lady Jojo gets me the worst possible financing option with some third party lenders at an extreme rate. My credit score was close to 700. I had a line of credit for 25000. I should have used that to pay off the remainder. Instead i got locked in on a terrible term with a terrible lending company. Not even a bank…
I would not buy another car from here in all honesty.
I will be steering people away if they ask me about LP auto

it was an excellent experience dealing with LP auto. I sold my car to this dealership. I came all the way to deliver my car from Nothern British Columbia to Richmond. it was 13 hour drive. Moreover they cover my flight tickets and deposit some money to my bank in advance. While I was at the dealership, Mr. Evan made this process easy and smooth. He went into bank with me and deposit rest of the money to my bank account. LP Auto gave me good Price for my car. He also gave me ride to the airport.
I would recommend LP Dealership to anyone who is selling and buying cars. Most trustworthy, Reliable, genuine and honest people. Thank you Mr. Evan LO.

I sold my car to LP Auto over 10 days ago, I spoke with Gino mostly. He was alright initially, but he started to get quite pushy and would talk down to me when we were discussing price (assuming I didn't know anything as a woman). Anyway, I was never given a copy of the transfer tax form, and when I spoke to ICBC about cancelling my insurance for it they told me the car was still under my name?? This should have been done the second I sold the car. If something was to happen to the car or if it was driven and got a ticket that would have come back to me on MY licence. I was told by Icbc that I needed a physical copy of the transfer form to get it transferred out of my name and cancel the insurance. However, when I spoke to the manager Evan at LP Auto, he was both rude and condescending in his tone to me about the situation. I was interrupted during the phone call multiple times by him and the way he dealt with me after getting the car was ridiculously unprofessional. There is a much better and calmer way to explain things to someone who maybe hasn't ever sold a car before. Very Unimpressed.

I bought a BMW from this business on Monday and the car was very nice. The seller Mr Kun was very helpful and friendly. It was a very warm environment. I would recommend it to everyone . But there was only one thing that upset me in the car; The inside of the car had never been cleaned and it was obvious because it was white and there were traces of water on the outside. I think they need to work with a new washing company. Thank you for everything Lp Auto
