Bad Service in self checkout the lady name Karen
She's not helpful and told my mom No Cash No Cash when the check lane is closed ，she suppose to told her with good attitude, when she do the transaction never say excuse me just we step back . I'm not satisfied with the service with rude and bad manner.

I went to get a passport photo for my 2 year old and the guy who worked there was absolutely rude about it and had 0 patience and didn’t bother helping out. Need better staffs clearly

Please get a well-trained and a polite staff of insurance department since 10 mins ago I experienced a very bad situation with that Cantonese old man! I just had some questions about insurance and ended up like I was treated shitty.

Honestly, the most kind and helpful staff of any London Drugs I've been to apart from Kerrisdale 10 yrs ago. The store manager took my package I needed to return and helped me ship it out later on in the day as the time I went, Canada post was on break. Customer service reps are all very kind.
Only gripe is the one guy who took my passport photo last year. He had a terrible attitude. But going with other friends to the Photo Lab resulted in much better experiences.

I completely understand that London Drugs is just trying to keep everything hygienic when they decided to remove all of their make-up samples, especially in this new era of COVID, however if hygiene is the only issue then why not just entrust your staff to keep the samples safe and clean by having them be in charge of showing customers (when asked) the true colors of the make-up or create a binder because like most of your former customers I'd rather spend the extra money at Sephora or Kiokii if it means I can see the true color.
What I don't appreciate is being harassed by some of your staff, when my mother explicitly told one of your staff over and over and over again that, "Yes! we are buying the makeup pencils in our hands". The infuriating time I had when shopping at this location was enough to push me to write this review, but the fact that I didn't give 1 star is all thanks to the courteous efforts of one of your staff, Tiffany C, she became the only redeeming quality of your No.3 Rd location as she proved to me that not everyone who works for London Drugs is a rude, disrespecting jerk.
I have been a (paying) customer of London Drugs since I started shopping here back in 2003, (it shouldn't come as a big surprise that some people actually want to be decent human beings by paying for the stuff that they shop for, I myself take pride in being one of these so-called decent human beings, who pays for everything that they shop for).
Thus, I find it truly sad and pathetic that you're not just hurting new customers, but also the regular and loyal customers who actually want to shop in your stores. Going forward I'll probably tell my family and friends to be careful when shopping at places like London Drugs or Shoppers Drug Mart because both places have some of the worst customer service, but London Drugs has at least one decent sales associate on their payroll who treats people with respect and dignity, the rest of London Drugs should follow her example, maybe then they can regain some of their lost customers.

I went on their website to buy lorcana cards that come in a huge box when I arrived they gave me the wrong thing after I told them what is was supposed to be I'm guessing it was the manager who was talking to me since he was wearing a white collar shirt he kept giving me attitude saying how no it's actually the booster pack and not the box and that the website has the wrong picture. Maybe instead of giving me attitude about something that's not even my fault maybe tell head office to change the picture so it doesn't happen next time because I bet it will.

Their seasonal sales are amazing you truly get great discounts and prices. Lots of varieties and I just wish they were closer to my place than shoppers drug mart which does not have genuine price reductions and is expensive. London drugs is the best! ( I have no connections to it just acknowledging their business practices)

This London Drugs location is just as good as any other. One thing to keep in mind is always register your parked vehicle with the machine on the ground floor by TD Bank, that way you get to keep a printed receipt just in case you get an erroneous violation ticket from Indigo parking without having any proof.

I was shopping here with a unpleasant conversation with the staff here. He is really rude to us and not doing his job well. In a word, I won’t come here unless I am dog!!!!!!!!

My friend went there for a photo and had bad experience. Person working there, Sudesh complined that she has oily face.
He said this after the payment for the photo. If not, would have left immediately when he said that. Will never go there.

London drugs now getting too expensive compare to other retailers are much cheaper we don't shop London drugs much as used to I even check website prices I see walmart slot cheaper or even shoppers drug mart and other retailers.
