Went to get a passport photo for my two year old and the guy who worked there kept complaining how he’s not doing this or that or the chair was moved ??? And he had many chances to take the right photo and didn’t. Kept trying to rush us to leave too.

Tech specialists in London drugs ironwood are so professional and helpful! They helped my son to find the correct type of batteries to replace for his audio book. They made my son’s day!

Often shop here, however after a poor experience I will reconsider my options. I asked if price matching some laundry detergent was possible with Walmart or Canadian Tire, and the associate said yes. I showed the pricing was in store and in stock, and not online pricing. The associate said no. I can understand saying no, but the reason she gave was wild: that if I go into those stores they will charge me 30% more on the advertised price and therefore London Drugs is actually cheaper. I said no thanks I can put the item back, at which the associate followed me to make sure I returned the item to the shelf and made sure I left the store. Very disappointed, you can deny price match I get it, but don't treat me like a thief and idiot. I also went to the aforementioned stores and bought the items at advertised price with no hassle.

Today I went in to have my passport photo taken by Richard! Richard was very friendly, kind and compassionate with his job. He treated me like an old friend! After I taken photo the tall Asian gentleman with white shirt I believed he’s manager, he greeted me with big smile and asked if I needs help! Wow what a great customer service from Richard and the gentleman. Thank you for putting a big smile on my face! I love shopping at London Drugs

The store itself is good. Easy parking and I found the staff on the floor good and willing to help. Everytime I go to the pharmacy to ask questions I am never greeted with a smile. This time I asked if they provided tetanus shots: "Yes, but we don't have anyone right now. It's just me. We are closing soon." It's not so much the words but the dismissive tkne and manner. There was no follow up question of whether or not I wanted to come back tomorrow. I had to ask the question and she says you need to call to make an appointment vs. Would you like to make an appointment for another day? I am always disappointed by this pharmacy and I don't know why I keep trying.
