I had the privilege of dealing with Joanna again. She is very attentive and takes care of her customers really well. L’OCCITANE has really good products which keep us coming back.We have shopped at numerous L’Occitane stores but Joanna is hands down the best

Had a really pleasant encounter with Johanna looking for a gift for my doctor and something for myself. She knew the products really well and recommended the right gifts taking consideration of special work environment of a clinic and scent sensitivity. I also got a lot of holiday themed stuff for myself as well because I like the new products releases during Christmas.Wanting to take time to acknowledge Johanna’s kindness and genuosity. She is such a valuable member of the Richmond centre team.

The employee tonight did not make the environment one for even an average shopping experience. Once I arrived she didn't say hello, but made sure to stand one metre behind me and stare while I looked at merchandise. I don’t recommend going here unless you are okay with the off chance of getting profiled.

Lovely first time experience in the store. The store manager Joanna was super helpful and knowledgeable, helped me pick out some moisturizers and exfoliators, worked like a charm! Will definitely be coming back! :)

They don't do returns or exchanges of any kind. The cream I bought had a lid that was tampered with but they just didn't want to deal with it. Didn't know L'Occitane is ok with this type of customer service representing their brand. I will not buy L'Occitane again

Racist staff. If you don't speak Chinese they won't help you. Avoid at all cost. Complained to the manager... She is just as racist.
