Such an amazing experience with this location! It’s quite smaller than other locations, but very organized. At other locations, I still needed to wait though I was pre-booked. Here, I saw most of the clients around me were called on time and enjoyed talking to the staff. Willing to choose this location for another lab test.

Extremely rude staff. I arrived on time for my appointment and I didn't get to finish and leave after my blood test until 40 minutes later. The long wait included staff favouring some patients and cutting them in line when the patient's appointment was 20 minutes after mine. I expressed concerns about my safety for missing or being late for my treatment after but staff kept blaming me on wasting their time by telling them my concerns. Help was not offered at all. I am lucky to be alive. Will not go to this location and do not recommend it.

Basic customer service would be great, the staffs were soo rude I could not believe it. The nurse that does the blood test didn't even told me before she would put the needle, didn't introduce herself and was Very abrupt. I felt really stressed going there as I don't like blood test and this was the worst experience I've had. They also asked me out loud how long I've been to the toilet the last time. Which I ft should be discussed with the nurse in private not in front of other customers. It's like they take customers for numbers.

Best LifeLabs experience so far! They were friendly and fast and everything went smoothly. I had an appointment for a blood test and I was in and out within 5 minutes. I would go here every time.

They'll answer you're call and after they you tell them you want to book an appointment they send you back to the main menu to hold for another 30 min to talk to another person to book the appointment... Uhm ok

Very easy to download the app and make an appointment. Wait time was 42 minutes. Arrived, was greeted by staff with covid questions and hand sanitizer. Waited 2 minutes and got my blood test. Very friendly and capable staff. In Steveston, (Richmond) BC Canada.

I have never been to this lab before. I just went in to ask a question about a 24 hour collection I had ordered by my doctor. The girl was extremely abrupt with me. Saying she had to register me to get the container. Fair enough.....I then had to let my sister know how long I would be as she was waiting in the car. I asked the girl if she knew how long the wait would be. Again, she was super irritated and abrupt saying 15 to 20 minutes because she had to register me. For some reason she kept repeating the being registered part. I felt so absolutely uncomfortable with her rudeness I left and said I would find another lab. This kind of behaviour is so uncalled for. I am a registered nurse and in 27 years I have never spoken to a patient in this manner. People are usually nervous about getting tests and blood drawn. This occurred on Friday July 3rd at approximately 3 pm. I hope she changes her ways. I will never attend there again.

For the second consecutive day, I had gone to Lifelabs in Steveston only to find it closed due to staff shortages. It would have been nice if they had stated that on their website which provides info on waitimes in real time. On their website it showed up as being open. In any case, I proceeded to go to Blundell, only to find a long line up outside the building. I was there for 30 minutes and it did not move an inch. Per website, all other offices showed long waits of upwards 50 minutes. Website isn't much help as you cannot even book an appointment for 1-2 weeks. I know where are dealing with limited capacity due to social distancing but there must be a more efficient way to get the job done that doesn't involve patients waiting for at least an hour outside
