OMG ! Embarrassed to be in a country with such service and poor attitudes. We’ve tried the Lifelabs on 5 road & 3 road . 5 road being the worst. We had an appointment pre booked yet they were 40 min behind
The one on 3 road this morning had a huge lineup . One person registering and the other one wasn’t taking anyone and staring at her monitor . She finally woke up and registered 2 people and went back to what she doing before???
You would think with a huge lineup first thing in the morning who need bloodwork and need to fast they would have 2 or 3 people registering patients. It didn’t matter if u were a walkin or had a pre appointment.

It was my first time and I had a good experience. As a walk-in patient, the waiting time was acceptable, less than I was expecting. Phoebe was very kind and professional.

There was no problem with the blood test staff, but the staff at the front desk on the second floor had a bad attitude. When I dropped off, I just wanted to ask where to go. The staff said unkindly "line up", but before I asked, he said "line up" unkindly. His eyes looked very dissatisfied.

My go-to lifelabs. Wait times can be long if you do walk in but if you book an appointment it will save you a lot of time. Staff is efficient. There is free parking. If you don't speak English though, make sure you bring a translator.

Don't come here . The staff are unprofessional.. One might laugh at you if you say maybe you had something to eat about three hours ago (after thinking about when you had your last meal )while another would ask you your name right after calling you. Of course this is no five star hotel but you could try to treat people with a little respect.

Worst service . I arrived as walk in at 8:15 am . Met with Indian lady. Gave BC Service Card and Registered and sent an email of lab request immediately. Until 9pm , I didn’t get any call from them . So , I double checked to her ,”Did You receive my email ?” And she forgot to print my lab request in my email . After she printed out she gave back my service card and said have a seat. I noticed that before I talked with her , I saw 2 guys , came as walk in same Like me . And then they waited for only 15 minutes. I didn’t tell to them at that time . Around 9:50 . Another Indian lady called my name and she was so strange and she told me she didn’t have my lab request. I told her I’ve been here since 8:15 and some people even got turn whose arrived later than me She was like “ These are appointments. I know we have to wait and give priority for appointments person .But she actually skipped me and forgot to print out my email and it resulted to me as a late patient.. She doesn’t want to deal with complain and she told me . I will call next turn ..Need to train that people for apology. Terrible .

Mike is very accomodating and staffs were all efficient, Mike was great he is the only person who got my sons veins because its really hard to capture it. Thanks Lifelabs

WORST LOCATION, if you ever get Cindy, a phlebotomist, please ask for another person. This person gave me a horrible bruise and also made me have PTSD now. I have never had such a horrible person who deliberately hurt me just to do a blood test!!!

There are a lot of people but they are trying to help everyone.

The people working there are incredibly great at their jobs. Professional and efficient. Walk-in appointments move through quickly - about an hour wait.

Nice staff and very organized! It’s worth a trip! I live in Vancouver but I don’t mind the travel because of the nice treatment! I’ll be back!
