From beginning to end there service was 5 stars, Tohmi did a great job at making suggestions for my wife and ourself finding our first sofa for our new home and was good at keeping in touch for the order
Delivery was fast and smooth, I was running 20 minutes late and they stuck around till I showed up

Very nice chair, soft to sink into bur firm once seated.
Tip; attach arm pads before dropping back onto place. VERY simple to assemble that way.
Delivery was prompt, courteous and helpful, well tracked, they also called when they were a few minutes away.

Their furniture is poor quality; go somewhere else or be sure to buy the insurance!! Loved the look of this dining table.. not sure if I got a dud or if they all do this but within a couple months the finishing was already chipping off. Didn’t think to buy the insurance as it’s a kitchen table and I figured it would get some dings and paint scratches eventually but not so soon and not from merely just wiping it down. So disappointing. I will never buy anything from here again.

The delivery persons did a great job of delivering a queen mattress and box spring to my town house. They were very professional, friendly, and respectful of my property, especially the walls!
