WORST service I have ever experienced at any liquor store!!
And their wine is more EXPENSIVE than other stores in Richmond.
NEVER GO BACK HERE.

Wine selection is limited and more expensive than other store.
and NO refund for the empty bottles. They don't give you cash

Do not go here for boxes if you are moving. They are charging you to take their garbage from them. I don't have a problem paying for a new box but they are literally boxes they have to crush and get rid of.

Ever since coming to Vancouver I struggled to find one specific kind of wine , until coming to this liquor store and meeting Larissa, not only she answered all my questions regarding the products but also helped to find the flavor I was looking for so long ❤️ Amazing product knowledge and costumer services

I come to this liquor store every week; didn’t mind paying premium price vs BC liquor store since it’s in my neighborhood. They have piles of unwanted empty boxes by their exit door and as usual I thought they were giving it away; as taking it is doing them a favour to save them flattening it and a trip to cardboard deposal. Because they are always free to give away at BC liquor store; as many as you want.Today I walked in Lennox and kindly asked them if I can take the boxes; the girl at the front told me it will cost me $25 cent for each box. Are you kidding me? I just shopped here last night with the same girl at the cashier! As a frequent customer I never expect they would want to even make money of their waste empty boxes. I laughed and just rejected and walked outThat’s fine. From now on I will go to BC liquor store for cheaper prices and wider selection; not to mention a much service anyways.You can lose a regular customer for trying to make a few dimes on top of your wastage boxes!

Worst customer service ever. Little old man at the counter was accusing me of doing something I wasn't. I think he may have some mental issues. Threatened to call the police on me for something I wasn't doing. I had no issue whatsoever. I would have liked to show the Police that he was wasting their time. Will never go back. A very creepy, hostile environment. If I could rate it less than 1 star I would.

Really bad customer service. The little guy that works here has a ego problem.He freaked out because I was wearing a backpack, I reached and took my glasses out, he stormed over and accused me of stealing, let him look in my bag, nothing stolen! He said I look strange and suspicious. There is no sign in store stating no backpacks, if he is that worried about theft, put up a sign, no backpacks! Also, way over priced here.

That old man at the counter is sooooo rude! He did not prepare the Uber Eats order until I get there and I patiently waiting without saying a word! Been doing delivery for 7 years never got asked for ID for doing delivery for Liquor store since we are just delivery drivers and Uber never require us to provide ID at liquor store lolAll customers are watching your rude behaviour and how you get angry very easily when I told you I never require to show ID for doing delivery orders, your customers behind are shaking their head and laughing lol thank you for doing that I got extra $10 tips from your customer as I explained to them why it took so long in the store and they said they will never order from this store again hahahaha
