Canceled my insurance without any notification to me, and then just recently tried to withdraw insurance premium from my account without my knowledge when we have no business together. Thank goodness I didn't have the amount in my account, and I am demanding the nsf charges. Will keep you posted to see if I get that. Unbelievable ?

They don’t even offer a chair to sit and make you stand outside almost near the door.
I don’t know if they treat all of the customers like that, are they prefer over any other choices.

Called and had an issue from when we moved to BC…..which no one anywhere had been able to solve. The gentleman confidently said he’d fix it and called me back letting me know he discovered the solution. Then he gave me a great quote and definitely giving mybusiness with them!

Went to transfer ownership of a motorcycle on my break. They failed to return my drivers license to me, and called me to inform me I had left it behind. They told me they'd be open until 5:30. I arrived at 5:18PM and their doors were closed. Due to their negligence, I had to drive 40km home with no drivers license.

Karen is the best insurance agent that I've ever met!!! She has kindly taken care of my car insurance (e.g. change, renew, purchase & sell) professionally with patience to explain every detail. She always replies to me with excellent and useful information in just a minute and helps me to get my car insured, and have my license plate issued (she even remembers my preference of license plate after over a year, amazing!). I couldn't be happier with her excellent service, and I will definitely find her (and refer her to my friends) if I need any of the services regarding insurance, including home insurance as well. I rarely write google reviews but she really deserves a big thumbs up for her incredible services!!!

We use Legear for our office policy and car insurance. They always send an early reminder when policy is coming up for renewal. Always have prompt responses and knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend.
