Very dissapointing and rude service.The sales clerk Peggy trys to sell me. 2 damaged jump suits full price. Upon telling her I can't fix it, she tries to convince me I can fix myself. Upon diclinig she offers to order both jumpsuits online and I can pick up from the store. She calls me 3 days later that the jumpsuits have arrived. When I arrive, eggy was not there, but I was given the jumpsuits. I checked to make sure they are not damaged either. Guess what? They had seen the same one with a different colour thread and had the other djumpsuit untouched!I was very offended and returned both jumpsuits for being treated stupid. I had spend over a grand Byung from this tire. I will be returning everything

I used to shop at this store all the time. I was there last week and will never go back. I went to exchange an item I bought online as they don't sell plus size any more in store. The selection was TERRIBLE! Even in regular sizing! I was going to exchange for something for my mom who is not plus size. Plus size girls should boycott buying online from this merchant!!!! For shame Laura!!!!

They removed their plus-size section in 2022, now online-only, even though their website still says this location has it. A few dresses go up to 16, but most stop around 10/12; the (helpful!) attendant told me they had exactly one mother-of-the-bride style in an 18 in the back.

The staff ruined the dress shopping experience- on top of the designers not making their sizing inclusives is ridiculous. Biggest size in most of the cuter dress are only offered up to 10 / L.

Took my mom there to buy an outfit for a family wedding and had really excellent help from Tina. She made the whole experience so easy and gave us lots of options and suggestions and we found something nice.

I recieved amazing service from the representative. What I really liked was she loves the clothing that the store sells as well. As a plus size lady she made me feel so welcomed. Showed me all the styles she had that would for my body type. I recieved so many complete on my outfit.

I went there to buy a coat. I was very happy with the help of Fatima! She was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful! The store has nice collection of clothes as well. Thank you Fatima for your care and excellent customer service :)

Good experience, beef BBQ was great . I wasn't fan of honey pork belly , too sweet. Staff are helpful , we had struggled with understanding menu but they changed the language for us.
