Purchased a preowned car here last year. Not impressed by the fact that they wouldn't accept cash and forced me to finance. I read other comments and found other people had a similar experience. They also repeatedly claimed I would need to keep the loan for a minimum 6 months before paying it off in full.

Worst range rover dealership ever. Stay away from Max and their Sales manager. They judge you as a customer by face value. They are fraud, they wont sell you car if you dont go with what they ask.

Unprofessional staff. They judge you before showing a car. Stay away from MAX and their Sales Manager. Better off get your Range Rover from either Vancouver or Surrey. These people are very rude, and disrespectful.

Booked an appointment only to arrive & being told that all the technicians are busy. Pretty much wasted my entire day that I took an off from work for getting my car checked. This place is highly unprofessional & only cares about finding ways to take your money.

Not Satisfied with My Range Rover Sport service...i did regular service and as per staff recommendation I did coolent flush with additives service and There are no low coolent error coming but after service coolent error is coming. They give $1138.74 estimate...even i taken warranty package too...

After coming in to look at a vehicle with Max, we decided that the vehicle we requested was not suitable for our needs. Max quickly found us 3 other vehicles better suited for our family. Max and Henry gave me a great deal on my trade in and Monica had the paperwork sorted for my collection date. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks guys!

I recently purchased my first brand new Discovery Land Rover from Jaguar Land Rover Richmond. I am very happy with my new car, the whole sales service process, & the after sales services. I did not know anyone before I stepped inside this dealership. And I am very outdated with the high technology with new car. I would really high recommend RON DOSSA, the top sale, who is very patient to help me to pick the right car, he is very professional, very knowledgeable, very educated, very nice person. Even after the sales he is being very patient to help me to set up the phone app to connect my car to my iPhone, and to answer all my questions about my new Discovery, etc. etc. I am thankful to Ron and whoever who has helped me in the process too. He is Excellent!! Super!!
