Promotion 3 for $79 each today. But I bought 2 only for $89 each. 2 hours after I wanna buy additional one. I came into the store to check if the $79 each could still be honoured. The supervisor, Avneet, and the associate, Barbie go and beyond to assist me and authorize the transaction for me. Highly recommend this store for this exceptional customer services.

Hidden gem! Truly my favourite place to get Lacoste items at great deals. There is plenty of stock, and the staff is super friendly. Especially Harnoor made my last visit a success with the exceptional customer service. Can't wait to come back for more !

Harnoor was incredibly helpful in securing the right colour and size for me, and handled a tricky exchange with ease. Great selection and excellent service. Only wish his manager Carolina did not admonish him in front of customers for something he missed. Things like that are better handled behind closed doors.

Fahmida s service at the store was great. She helped us a lot. Finding the right pair of shoes especially if they are mixed up in boxes is hard and yet she took time to do that for all of us !

The service was superb and worthy of my time to write this review. There were ample staff to help a store full of customers. Lots of great merchandise in all sizes at very affordable prices for high end fashion. It WASN’T an outlet store full of picked over clearance merchandise. The staff were attentive, very helpful and a joy to deal with. Big shout out to Caroline and Yan! Thanks for a great experience.

We had a terrible experience visiting this store today. We bought a lot of stuff there before and never got treated the way we got treated today. I was looking for sizes at the men’s underwear display and an east indian lady asked us very politely if we would need any help, after we asked her if there were more 3 packs of mens underwear in size large available she asked her asian colleague to check in the back for us. She replied there’s nothing left in the back, it’s all sold out and started to look through the display to find more packs in size L. We told her we checked the display for size L already and she completely ignored us. At that point a group of asian people walked in, she immediately turned around to start chatting with them in her language and just left us standing there like we didn’t exist - talking about equal opportunities/ borderline racism.
We went 2 stores down to the Diesel store, spent over $ 150 in men’s underwear and received impeccable customer service.
Super bad experience that left such a bitter taste in our mouth.
Some major sales associate training needed badly.
Don’t recommend this location at all.
