Sloppy car wash service at premium price, double of what typical hand car wash places nearby. Every step from washing, shampoo, vacuum, and wipe down. First time visit and I will not come back, nor recommend to anyone.- Both rims and tires are not scrubbed down, only spray washed.- A lot of time spent on initial spray wash, which could have portioned to wheel cleaning.- Shampoo was done in very sloppy fashion, many areas missed. Side mirrors just got a pat on with the shampoo cloth which was not switched throughout the way, middle center of windshield missed, bottom of both sides of door under panels missed, rear bumper and trunk connecting area missed.- Trunk cargo area was not vacuumed.- Interior cabin wipe was loosely done, inner windows were semi wiped with unclean cloth, HVAC was turned to high temp with max fan to hide away the condensation of their inferior clean job. And why are you changing customer's car settings?- Drying wipe down was poorly done, the car is essentially still wet with water in many areas, particularly the windows between the door visitors.$75 for all this? Now I have to bring my car to another place to properly clean up all the inferior work, and pay again. Such disappointment with this business providing terrible service.

I thought I was buying a six month card at, and for, another place.. Pit Car wash. Later I realized that it was Kings auto spa on the card!! Located nearby, behind Pit car wash.So totally misrepresented!!Kings is friendly but they charge extra $3 per matt. Total rip off. Do an ok job but overpriced and misrepresented. Long wait at times. Continually try and upsell.

i hate to do this - but sadly i was heavily scammed at my recent visit. The attendant convinced me that my car was in dire condition (it wasn’t) and somehow convinced me to spend 238 on a “mini detail” - following this he had also taped off a part of my car and claimed i needed an additional 400$ wax - i thankfully declined- however this all experience felt very questionable and i’mtruly not sure that my car is anything cleaner than a usual visit to the far superior pit lane - around the corner - anyways the finaltotal came to well over 350 ( due to some other non advertised fees ) yuck

Great car wash, Make sure you look over your car after they hand you your keys back incase anything is missed, they are always happy to clean it and make sure its done right.Service: Full body wash

I spent $100 CAD for a car wash at this place, but to my disappointment, the result was far from satisfactory as the car wasn't cleaned properly. Such a subpar cleaning outcome is quite disheartening, especially given the high price charged.

I only went to this place because my usual car wash across the way had just closed. Wow—the price was DOUBLE what I usually pay for a wash and vacuum! Decent wash, but no better than what I get from their competitor. The owner did a hard sell on the Membership, which I declined, but insisted that I get my mats cleaned. I thought nothing of it, as my usual place includes this service in their price. As I’m about to drive away, he comes up and says I have to pay for doing the mats—$20 on top of the already inflated price. First and most definitely the last time I’ll ever go there.

Odd to see the 1 star reviews. These guys do a great job, are quick and always got lots of manpower. Everybody is super friendly. People complain that they try to upsell you and sell a package. This is business, and they are trying to make money. I see no issue in that. The subscription model is a good deal. And this is a car wash not a 4 hour detail for the picky people. I been coming for years with all my cars. G wagon, Porsche and Range Rover. I’m from Victoria and when in town I’ll get a quick wash!

This is the worst car wash place. False advertising and is a big rip off. Their billboard shows $16 for a car wash. This is NOT the price charged which you don’t find out until it’s time to pay. They charge $58 for a small 4 door car and the owner tries to up charge you a wax without your permission. Do not go to this place.

They charged 120$for my car. The interior of the car was still with dust and did not vacuum. They did not wipe the seats either. They charged for watching the mats but they mats were only wiped! Totally unacceptable and unpleasant service!Service: Full body wash

Took my suv for a wash today. Charged me $85 with mat clean service. Didn't even put tire shine on my tires. For this price I would expect at least some tire shine. Will not be back.

Anton and Ethan did a great job cleaning my cars and so did the rest of the crew! Will be coming back for sure. One of the better places to get a car wash in Richmond.

I definitely do not recommend going here for your car wash service. They have a very terrible and bad service. I paid $183 to have my car washed but received very bad service. The interior of my vehicle has not been properly vacuumed and wiped. I will never go to this place again
