Went in for a skin consultation and Grace was very kind and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and recommended me good products. For someone who struggled with their skin for years and has extremely sensitive skin, i saw difference with Kiehl’s products in days.Thank you grace and Kiehl’s for a good experience!!

I was never a big fan of skincare products, but heard many good things about the Kiehl's, so I visited the Richmond store to see what the hype was about. Through a consultation with a very helpful associate, I had learned more about my skin type and was recommended a regiment to help care for my face. The store was neat and tidy and everything I wanted to purchase was in stock. I would definitely not hesitate to come back to this location.

Absolute horrible service, my friend and I went shopping last week, she has always been using the same product for years so she knew exactly what she wanted, told the sales, she grab the product and proceeded to ring her through, no smile; no thank you and didn’t offer a bag; which is fine but then she threw the product and change on the counter. I know it’s not always easy working for retail services, but your personal issue has nothing to do with customer that comes in to seek help and your expertise, my friend most definitely do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect.

The staff is so rude. She look so sad without any similes ,and totally not professional. She even throw the product on desk after the transaction yesterday. I have never had such a bad experience in any other stores ever.

There were no other customers but no one cared to help. I had to run to someone to ask about products and the sales person wasn’t interested in my question at all. I’ve been using their products for many years and just stopped by to stock up. Just shop online if you are interested

I only come here out of convenience but I do not like it here. The staff don’t seem very friendly or helpful. They’re not mean but I always dread interacting with them. The store itself is nice, very standard.

I went to the store yesterday and asked for some samples of olive hair pack to try. The girl who helped me, Vansa, was super nice and gave me some tips to take care of my hair :)

Worst customer service EVER.I use their products for years, and they were questioning me about that, even yell at me when I was checking my product. EXCUSE ME???Please train your staff properly and teach them what manner is, we would be REALLY appreciated it :)Moreover, whenever I use their online shopping, my credit card got false transections. After I stopped, it never happened again.
