Went in for a skin consultation and Grace was very kind and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and recommended me good products. For someone who struggled with their skin for years and has extremely sensitive skin, i saw difference with Kiehl’s products in days.Thank you grace and Kiehl’s for a good experience!!

The staff is so rude. She look so sad without any similes ,and totally not professional. She even throw the product on desk after the transaction yesterday. I have never had such a bad experience in any other stores ever.

There were no other customers but no one cared to help. I had to run to someone to ask about products and the sales person wasn’t interested in my question at all. I’ve been using their products for many years and just stopped by to stock up. Just shop online if you are interested
