I was initially disappointed when no one greeted me upon entering the store, so I ended up helping myself. However, when it came time to pay, Dayul was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience much better.

Such an awesome store. Great variety of Kate Spade products and the customer service was outstanding. Sherry was extremely helpful and so kind - she made the shopping experience even better! Thanks Sherry!

Best customer service, I wanted to to return an item but didn’t want to go there since that location was far away from me, but they helped me with creating an UPS label. so I could just drop it off there. The girl who answered my call was very respectful. Thank you Kate spade.
