Very rude and bad service , they even forced me to buy a tape to attach the label instead of using their own tape!

visited janes store numerous times, and the people that work there are excellent and jane of course is a wonderful lady.

Went to pick up a parcel Saturday, August 6 around 5 p.m. They say they are open till 6 but they were closed! Now it's Monday and I'm trying to call and make sure they are open but no one will answer the telephone! They are supposed to be open till 6. Are they really there? Who knows!
