The whole experience is pretty strange. Only one staff is nice and tries to help. The rest are useless. I showered him number of items from the online store and he basically told me to go check myself if they have them somewhere around the store. One item he said we don’t sell it anymore, but they had it in tens of them in stock in many colour. And they speak in their language among themselves which made me uncomfortable. Ended up spending over $1000 because I had no time to go elsewhere but not sure if I would return to the store tbh.

Walked in asked about the Jordan 1 UNC toes on display, they gave me my size to try and was going to check out and they sprung that I had to spend an additional 50 dollars on other items to purchase the shoes for retail?? what even is this- how is this allowed

Lil bro left the security tag on my $100 dollar shirt. But honestly the employees were friendly and helpful and I hope they don’t make this mistake often because I live an hour away.

I purchased a black coat jacket from Sneakerbox Metrotown (same parent company for J2) for $295 a couple of months ago and Zara has the SAME jacket for sale for $149. FOR THE SAME JACKET!!! I approached the staff at Sneakerbox today, hoping to exchange the same value for something else in store, but I was told that I couldn't exchange the item and there was nothing they could do because I bought the item more than 2 weeks ago. Be careful guys, shop somewhere else because THIS SHOP IS A RIP OFF!

Boxing Day sale - got 40% off a jacket I had my eye on last week. Attentive staff, short wait at door. Friendly, easy-going spot, always have new and different stuff whenever I get a chance to drop by. (Only reason for 4 stars is cuz sale items are final sale so u should be 100% sure b4 u buy)

Customer service has never been worse and apparently means mocking customers to them.None of the staff even the manager cares about customers and will treat you like rubbish:)

The customer service here is a joke. No idea how they make any sales. Not one employee will greet you. I would have bought something but just decided to go elsewhere.

Wanna cop a pair of Air Jordan 4 today and got to this store before it opened. And then I was told the Fire Red colorway was exclusively for the VIP. But the staff offered to help out if I'm willing to spend couple of hundred dollars to purchase other staff. This did give me a great lesson since I always believe these type of items are either sold through raffle or first come first serve base. I'm pleased to learn this way anyhow and wondering what does one need to purchase in order to be their VIP. Maybe they are selling Hermes or Ferrari. And I end up spending the extra dollars on Stockx, and thank you for wasting my time J2. Best wishes for your business. Salute~

Bought a pair of Adidas Y3 Kotori II's at Sneakerbox in Metrotown on a Sunday a half size bigger than I usually wear because they didn't have my size. They told me I had 14 days to exchange them if I changed my mind. 2 days later I realized I'd made an impulse buy and should get my actual size, so I took them back to J2 (only store that had my size) to exchange. They denied me because they had 'already been worn'... I explained I had only worn them around the store while trying them on for size. Still denied me. So this is how they treat a customer that just dropped $400 on a pair of shoes. SCAM ARTISTS! Stay away from these crooks.
