I went to this store to get a roadmap for an upcoming trip. The price on the tag was $12.99. However, when rung up the total was over $21. When I questioned this, I was told that the price was in US dollars. There was no indication or signage anywhere to indicate that this would be the case. Both the employee and the manager (who I had to insist on talking to twice before he came to speak to me) refused to honour the price on the item as indicated in Canadian funds. Nor did they seem to understand the issue or my concern. The price they wanted was also several dollars above the actual exchange rate. While I would have likely paid this price had it been marked correctly, this questionable business practice, and the poor customer service in hearing my concern, made me question the integrity of this business.

Very nice selection of globes. Some globes spin smoother than others, but maybe they just need a little TLC with a touch of lubricant. I’m overall satisfied.
