Incredibly outdated website in terms of design. Prices are sky-high, beaten just about anywhere else in Richmond. Their Twitter posts incorrect information regarding sales.

I enjoy visiting Imperial Hobbies, I liked it much better beside the Dairy Queen. Now it is beside a McDonalds!

Amazing and super talented Staff. Helping me so patiently and extremely knowledgeable! As a beginner in painting sculptures. I came to get a T-Rex jurassic park Model kit and this staff member was Godly patient with me helping me find every single tool and paint needed for my project. True customer service excellence. Will be back soon to shop more as I found my favorite store.
