I wouldn't recommend IREMITX. They used to have a good service, now it is very poor! I remitted money to the Philippines on Sept 15 but until now the money/funds hasn't been yet credited to my beneficiary's bank account (almost a month now). I contacted them several times, they said "technical issues". This is ridiculous! No to I-Remit!!!!

Iremit used to be my preferred remittance center coz it takes only a few minutes to get the money sent to the receiver. Nowadays it takes 5-7 days for the money to reach my account in the Philippines while as the other remittance in the neighborhood sends it in a matter of 5-10 minutes for the same amount of money and destination. Skipping it entirely

Iremit service is getting worse and worse...Promise to deliver remittances within a week but it's not It takes more than a week (2weeks or more if you don't follow up on your remittance)

If I can do zero stars, I would! Extremely rude service and today I am fed up. I came up to a teller and asked a question. She then got her phone and started typing. I thought she was looking up the answer. Gave her a minute and as I peeked through her screen, SHE WAS TEXTING!!! Even sending a reaction to a FB message. For god’s sake, in what universe do you think this is okay? Pasensya na nakakaistorbo pa ako sa katext mo. Never coming here again! Ruined my day, UGH!!!!!!!!

I sent money thru the i remit Web .I got a notification 3-4x that my payment didn’t go thru so I re send 4x and when I check my web banking It shows in the transactions that I withdraw 4x in a raw debit to I remit! Stupid! I email the costumer service and they ask me the screen shot of my bank transaction!they didn’t send me back my money for 2 weeks ! I do not recommend I-remit Web banking or sending money . Too much and if you make a phone call to them that you need to send money thru e transfer , the lady always tell you to call back because of bla bla bla ….. and so many reasons.

Their service is horrible thesedays. If your family is counting on a quick remittance, I wouldn't recommend using i-remit Richmond; my father's remittance took 11 days (business days). They typically have a lead time of 4-6 days plus a delay, but 11days is excessive! It took a very long time for me to send money to my personal account as well. We experienced three instances of this significant delay this month. And this is my last transaction with them.

They used to have a very good service in iremit richmond ,Same day on bank to bank remittances and their pick up anywhere service. Now it’s gone bad. Employees of iremit keep saying 6-10 business days hold excluding weekends on BPI remittances. Sometimes I still get same day but now is the worst. They also have prepaid iremit card which didn’t work when I tried in Philippines ????????. I hope this remittance office is not the same as that in Fraser st.It’s time to change service provider, I’m not recommending iremit. I felt so bad.

I used to be a big fan of iRemit. I sent money using iRemitX and when done during business hours in the Philippines, it almost always arrives two hours later or at worst the following business days.HOWEVER, my last two remittances took more than four business days. The first of the two arrived at the 5th business days because I followed up. The second one is now on it's 6th business days and again I had to follow up to get updates.I need to look for a new remittance provider. The waiting time is inconvenient especially when dealing with emergencies.

i sent money using their website and used e-transfer. and now i got an email asking me to send a screenshot of proof of payment ! its very inconvenient, they should be more responsible in dealing with remittances.

Service is so poor!! The place is dirty and messy! Those old teller were rude!! So unprofessional! Can’t even do the service properly! Spelled my name incorrectly. My 3 yrs old son just want to sit but the teller stopped him!!! Good thing another old lady ask him to sit beside her. They need improvement! Seriously, those old teller should fix their attitude towards they’re customers !
