Dirty, unsightly women's washrooms (Ground floor, close to jewellery area). Smells like urine, toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls in various place. It looks like a poor-income neighborhood, underfunded public washroom. I was horrified this was in the posh and elite Richmond Centre of all malls.

Why are the lights burnt out on the outside sign at Johnson Street?? Make it look much worse than it is.

This store is a shopper's paradise! The variety of products is astounding, catering to every need and style. Whether it's fashion, electronics, or home decor, they have it all. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful. I always find exactly what I'm looking for!

Lack/or limited selections. In clothing section for example has no cotton T-shirts. Karen Scott has nice prints and designs but mostly 60%cotton and 40% Polyester. Shoes selection not impressive. Not very happy overall! talking about Richmond 3rd. street, The Bay store.

The store is broken. Doors broken, escalators broken, elevator buttons broken, bathrooms broken... Not a lot of merchandise available.

I went to Hudson Bay in Richmond to fix my ring, a young lady recommended me to see Daniel in the watch repair shop.Daniel was very helpful, friendly and gave us a service with a smile. I really appreciate his willingness to try even though his passion is more in the watches. Great Job Daniel!, thanks.
