Disappointing experience with Vancouver international airport boutique location today. I've had excellent experiences with both Calgary and Vancouver downtown, yet today I've seen something I feel like I would need bring this to public attention. Not only was the sales representative spoke with a rude facial expression to me right at the entrance telling me to "move", because they are taking a photo for the grand opening of 18th of January ( sarcastically speaking what excellent way to open a new store.) I was given clear advice a week ago this is the opening day, that I should come and witness as well as being the first ones to complete my shopping experience at the new location. I walked away but the thought indeed bothered me. I went back and told her (the sales representative) I should like her to understand there's many other way you can speak to a customer, at the least put on a smile. You are not only representing yourself but your company, and what you're doing is damaging not your own but Hermès. She responded with a sutble roll of her eyes and half a smile:" All right I remember now". Her name was Rita and to say I was utterly disappointed was an understatement.

The staff were so kind and I bought good things at a good price. Unfortunately, popular products cannot be seen in duty-free shops.

A Cantonese female SA first looked at my outfit with that bitchy look. She was very nice to other customers and then turned to me and said, "We have nothing but three men's bags." This kind of person is so disgusting. Don't think you are at the airport. Hermès is so high-end when he is a 'waiter'. Why are you pretending to be noble even if you can't afford it yourself? ?

A very expensive store most people in KL can't afford to buy in this store, Everytime we pass by the store is empty. The service is good, the staff are ok. If you want quality have to pay. The question is how much you can afford at those prices.

Very unhappy with this shoulder length Asian sales girl today. I walked in with uniform and I and my coworker can seriously sense that she is not welcoming us, looking down on us. I didnt wear fancy dress doesn’t mean I can’t afford a Hermes bag!! I told her I can’t find the bag online anymore and she gave me this look. Hire some people who respect people. The richest ppl is the most down to earth one. Discrimination only drag down the brand’s reputation. Bad experience at yvr duty free Hermes

Got dragged into here. Not familiar with their collection. Clean environment I must say but staff are a bit snobby. I'm glad to walk out empty handed.

Very, very bad service. It is recommended to check whether your attire is in line with the characteristics of a rich man before entering. It is best to play with two sports car keys along the way. Otherwise your entry is to disturb the private chat of the male manager and waitress in the store.
