Wasn't allowed to return a gift. With the receipt. Got on messenger with them and they were very helpful. Then abruptly stopped responding. Now the actual time-frame for returning the gift is about to come up and no help in sight. I expect more from H & M and have started questioning spending my money there in the future.

I am disappointed with the shopping experience at this store. The manager's attitude was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. Furthermore, they refused to address post-purchase quality issues, even when customers provided purchase receipts, offering no assistance whatsoever. I strongly discourage purchasing products from this store unless it's for one-time use.

Horrible customer experience. Liam and the other girl do not know what customer service is. Went there on Monday afternoon for an exchange of product. Product is unworn , tags are intact. Unopen. But to my dismay they will not accepting it. Called customer service and they are sorry for what these guys did. These guys should know how to treat customer and please read/review return policy. Never coming back to this store.

Went there on Sunday afternoon and I was in the fitting room trying on cloths and when I came out the lady who worked there let a man in the women's fitting room! Why don't you have a separate room for men ONLY?! Very concerning! And not appropriate!

Got crazy here, low prices and some interesting collaborations on hoodies. Metallica, Iron Maiden , Nasa , Simpsons, Beavis and Butthead, Naruto, etc.

The store has a huge selection of cloths, I only visited the men's section but was satisified with the varieties. However, I found it hard to get a fit cloth for short Asians like me. H&M is always an affordable choice on my list but in the end I did not buy any.

Salesperson are so helpful and nice. Lots of nice toddlers and kids outfit. Unfortunately can't find sales product for toddler.
