Clearly children are not allow in this store. One of the associate just kept on telling my kids not to touch the bar when clearly just being kids, they will not break it cus i am there and i'm supervising my children. FYI, this store was the only store that called out on my kids like that. It made us feel like we weren't welcome. Rude! And oh btw, the store stinks. it has an unpleasant smell. I hope the owner read this. I was willing to spend over 300 dollars today because of the jacket that I saw and some clothes but NVM! I will never return. Fix your unwelcoming customer service and unpleasant smell.

There was a staff greeting at the front and she let us know about the promotions going on. The clothes were not my style, and sale prices weren’t too good in my opinion.

I went in this store right now May 15th 2024 at 12.30ish to exchange for a watch which was given to me as my bday present. I didnt get any receipt or receipt with it when I received it.
I went to Guilford Mall first an they asked to go to Outlet store since its outlet store product, fair enough I took it to Tsawwassen Mills Guess store an they helped me so kindly an told me that they cant give me store credit or refund but I have to choose something to exchange, I looked around an couldn’t choose anything to my liking so I asked them how long I have to get an exchange an they said 30days and they even told me the price for the gifted Watch…. Im like ok I will go to McArther Glen Guess and look there…
Today I came to Guess clothing an they said to choose something an exchange Im like ok so I looked an didnt like anything then I asked if they had boots and she said u can go to the Guess Accessories Store down few Stores , so I head out to the Accessories store an I started looking at watches so I picked a Watch an came to the cash counter pulled out my gifted watch to exchange and this Brown lady in black eye glasses wearing pink top n black tights gives me a hassle saying she cant exchange because I dont have receipt or gift receipt, I said T. Mills was exchanging it and your clothing store next door was exchanging it why are you telling me you cant., she said i will call T. Mills and ask, I said please call and ask so she seemed reluctant to call then I said please call T. Mills and ask so she got on the phone an was speaking to someone then she came back to me after 4-5 mins saying sorry they apologized to me saying they gave you wrong information, I said really then what about your clothing store next door and she quickly said ya they called me too and apologized too saying they gave you the wrong infor then I asked for her name and she told me she is not allowed to give me her name., I said really you are not allowed to give out ur name she said yes its my personal information, im like ok so I walked out and called T.Mills and explained everything and the person at T. Mills and he told me that they did not get any calls from McArther Glenn Guess store at all. She lied !
I took time out came out all the way from South Surrey to get this treatment from a Guess Store Employee … she lied about everything, thats not a good working ethic. Im very disappointed about this experience today.
Not shopping at Guess anymore.

Cheaply made clothing! I purchased 5 items here about two years ago. I was happy with the prices until one of the shirts started to fall apart after wearing it 3 or 4 times. Pretty disappointing as the quality didn't hold up to a few washes.

When you go into the store, assistant says there are discounts on everything. Then, when you pay, you realize there is no discount at all. Service is really poor. Ladies working have to be more helpful, not only talk about policies…

Absolute horrible experience at this store. Was shopping for a handbag, the staff pointed me to the sale section for handbags specifically, I picked one and when I went to pay they said it was actually regular price!!! The manager didn’t even try to apologize. The store is also very messy and the staff is not helpful at all. Will never be coming back to this store.

The cashier was absolutely rude and racist, this person walked away when we were trying to pay on December 1st 2023 at 6:58 pm, sales person # 372841; she also refused to grant our membership benefits, and finally she threw away our purchase over the counter instead of hand it to us. This is not the first time and I know you won’t take any action about this but people need to know that we returned our purchase because of her and if possible everyone have to avoid buying there. Remember that customers keep this people working there and the only thing you have to do is to provide a good service.

Worst store ever...soooo poorly managed they should use this as an example of how not to manage a store in MBA schools...They have 5 fitting rooms they are using 4 as storage and one 1 as a fitting room.... There is always an unnecessarily long wait for fitting rooms it's ridiculous

I like the stuff they have here and the prices. A smaller store compared to ones I've been to the states. The biggest annoyance is you get asked for help every second. In each each section you get bothered. They don't leave you be to shop and look around. Like if I need help trust me I would find someone to give me a hand. The managers aren't very nice here. I like going the guess accessories store instead. Overall great place to grab things at a much smaller bit time.

Terrible service. Tuesday September 26th 8:30pm. The woman that was working as cashier, who also counted the garments to go into the fitting room had the worst service I ever got at a Guess store. First asks how many garments I have and them ask me to handle them to her and counts them again. Then when paying could not locate my frequent customer card, show her the points on my statement and on the email and tells me they probably expired, logged into my account and show directly from my account and still says she cannot do anything. She could have applied at least some discount or just suggest to scan the code in the fitting room or get in the text list to get a small discount because she couldn’t retrieve the points, but she did nothing so I told her I would not buy it if she could not apply the points or any discount and she was just fine with it. Frequent customer not feeling welcome. Lost purchase and lost customer.
