I had very positive experience in Gladstone. Polly provided very good customer service and educated me about diamond and jewelry. And I found the nice Gucci style necklace chain. I really like it.

Customer service was top notch at this unassuming jewelry store in Richmond Centre. The sales associate Polly provided excellent customer service when I was looking for a pair of earrings for a friend. She was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Due to excellent customer care and sincerity I brought my friend back to purchase the earrings. Thanks Polly and I will be a returned customer.

We would like to thank Polly and her team, in helping us find the perfect ring.Polly helped us from the beginning to design a custom ring and was accommodating when I wanted a bigger diamond and found one bigger than I asked and for a good price. She’s very thorough and will give you exactly the ring you want. Great customer service from everyone at Gladstone!

As someone who have worked in retail the level of customer service was outstanding! The associate is named Polly was incredibly helpful and was so patient with all my questions. I even went back to her three times after shopping around and never felt pressured to making a decision until I was ready. Her honesty and perseverance in understanding what my needs were were her selling point. She reassured me even after my purchase that I wouldn't need to worry and would just need to come see her for the resizing.

Came here to have my ring fixed because the claw broke. The ring had a lot of sentimental valueThe manager, Pat who helped me was very knowledgeable in looking at the ring and giving me different alternatives on how to fix it.I like how she was upfront with everything on price point as well as what can or cannot be done. She also took the time to call. The ring price turned out a tad more expensive to fix, but it was worth it! The ring looked sturdier and better than before. It is jewelry so I was looking for quality work above everything. Turn-around time to have it fix was fast too, just a day or two.Bonus that the store is inside Richmond Centre!

Last year, I walked into this jewelry store on a whim with my former fiancé and ended up finding the perfect engagement ring and wedding band set! Polly was very kind and patiently walked me through various options. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, which was incredibly important to me. Since then, we have gone back to purchase my husband's wedding band, and other jewelry items. They have always been keen to help fix any issues that arise with their jewelry. If you want great service and beautiful jewelry, this is the place to go!

Very happy with this place! I had purchased a piece last year (2021) and had to come back to see their selections. For solid gold pieces, they’ve got excellent pricing. 2 bracelets from here so far! Love my new purchase, they do offer bracelet adjustments but I won’t be staying long enough to pick it up. Also friendly customer service from staff!!

The worst customer serviceStay away, these people are fraudI called to ask price estimate for fitting a diamond into a basket, a simple quote which i already got from 10 other jewellers, they said you will need to come in, we won’t say over the phone. I told them specifically what i want and i was already quoted from others with the same details i gave them.THIS IS THE FIRST NO NO SIGN. As now they would see how much they can charge me instructions of a fair pricePlus their phone attendant is extremely rude.WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONESTAY AWAYTHERE ARE MULTIPLE OTHER OPTIONS, GOOGLE THEM AND GO ELSEWHERE !!!!

Polly is the best. She goes above and beyond to exceed your expectation. She’s so friendly, easy to communicate, and spends a ton of time with you. My partner and I love to go to Gladstone because of Polly. We got our customize engagement ring and wedding bands with her, and even sourced necklace for me which I appreciated so much. She is my jeweler. Overall satisfaction going to Gladstone.

Gladsone is amazing! I stumbled across Gladstone when I was shopping for a wedding band to fit my engagement ring. Because my engagement ring has a particular shape, it had been quite hard to find a band that fit next to it. When I chatted with Polly at Gladstone, she said they could make a custom ring to fit my engagement ring. The whole process was great. Polly was super friendly and helpful with the whole process (even giving us advice on how to care for my engagement ring). After discussing the design, I got to see and try on a mold before receiving the final product, which looked just like how we discussed. The wedding band looks fantastic on its own and next to my engagement ring. Gladstone's prices are very fair for the materials used and work put into making their rings. I'd highly recommend them! And for conscious shoppers, it's really great to support a local business :)
