I was having a tough time choosing a good gift for my family back at home. That is when Yash stepped in to help me out. All he asked was the age of the person I'm buying gift for and he instantly had the perfect options for me. He was really humble all through and his expertise with all the watches was impeccable. Fossil outlet always has such great offers going on and with such good sales people as well, Fossil is already my favorite store at Templeton.

"Disappointing Experience at Fossil Watch Outlet, MacArthur Designer Outlet"I recently had an unfortunate experience at the Fossil Watch Outlet located in MacArthur Designer Outlet. Expecting a seamless shopping experience, I was let down by their service and practices.Initially, I purchased a watch from this outlet and requested an e-receipt, confidently providing my email address. However, my trust was misplaced. When I returned within the stipulated 7-day exchange period to swap it for another model, I encountered a significant issue.Despite losing the hard copy of the receipt, I was under the impression that the e-receipt would suffice. Unfortunately, I never received this e-receipt. When I approached the store associates during the second shift for assistance, their response was far from helpful. I offered to provide my email address again for verification, but instead of accommodating my request, I was met with poor customer service and a lack of understanding.This experience has left me deeply disappointed in Fossil's practices. It's disheartening to witness such malpractice and unfair treatment in a reputed outlet like Fossil at MacArthur Designer Outlet. Their inability to provide the basic service of an e-receipt and the subsequent poor handling of the situation reflects a significant lapse in customer service standards.I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers. Ensure you keep your hard copy receipts, as their e-receipt system is unreliable. More importantly, be prepared for a challenging experience if you encounter any issues and need assistance from their staff.
