I get that they are behind security so are allowed some unfair prices as a monopoly. You can’t being anything through security so they get to take a little advantage But the recent jump to over 6 dollars for a small juice or milk is simply predatory.

Terrible customer service. No “hi”, no smile. One of the workers just cut in front of me to restock something. Didn’t say excuse me or anything. So I waited until he was finished even though I was clearly their first and about to grab something. Learn some manners!!!

Charged me an outrageous $8.99 for one Quest Bar. When I noticed this, I immediately tried to return the item literally 10 seconds after buying it but they refused to take it back. “No returns”. Definitely stay clear of this store. Scammers.

Extremely expensive... even for an airport store and the guy was not the least bit friendly. Customer service can go a long way, but these guys don't seem to care. Hopefully all their staff aren't like that.

Small convenient store. I had a bad headache and I was so happy to see they have some painkillers. Customer service wasn’t good but if you need a small snack over counter medication or a cute gift you can definitely find it here.

The soon-to-be assistant manager, was demanding of some co-workers who "speaks soft", even though these new employees can be heard by customers. Old workers team up to pressure and made new employees lose confidence.

I bought a pack of the 2-Bite Brownies and they were so old that they were dehydrated and tasted like cardboard. I took them back to the counter and the people working there looked at me like “yes we already know”. Wow. Avoid buying anything edible here.
