My friend sent me a gift, a home made craft from China. FB Express asked me to pay duty on this parcel before delivery. I attached CSBA website to let them know that it is duty-free on a gift that values less than $60. But they still harass me to pay duty and broker fee, and hold my parcel hostage. I will bring the issue to BBB. From Yelp review site, I read similar experiences from other people who are asked to pay duty they should not pay. How many customers have been scammed by FBexpress?

FB Express was by far one of the best companies I worked for, Day to day work was never boring, the Operations Manager and Supervisors were always professional. The employees and management were always making everyday a fun environment to work at. I recommended this company to my other friends, and will continue to recommend this company.

The warehouse is big and has lots of space to move around. Mangers are nice. The job is straightforward. There is no discrimination at this workplace, anybody is welcome. Forklift training will be provided if wanted

too much psychological warfare going on . Management is terrible. Management do not care at all. No chance of advancement. Too much nepotism. If you need this job then dont stay long and get out asap.Good for starters but not a place for improvements or long term future. Work load is ridiculous, management is never there & will not meet with you when you need them for something. Doing personal comments.

Worst service of all couriers I used (That's a lot of them). Air parcel arrived Canada for over a month and nobody tried to notify me. When they finally called me they asked for CAD200 duty tax when the parcel itself it worth about $200. Staff Christine Ma told me they are going to destroy the parcel if duty not paid. My sender clarified with them about the real value of the goods (Apparently their Chinese partner, SF, made a HUGE mistake on the parcel value.). Eric Nelson attached a link and told my sender to pay the duty first before getting "a refund from CBSA". I paid the duty and ask the company for a custom import receipt so I can file a refund. Guess what. Nobody ever replied to me again.

The most unprofessional, unorganized, pathetic firm i ever came across.First they post for a postion in their office and when you apply they delete the advertisement and decrease the salary.Second they made me go through series of interviews i cleared one and went for the second ( there they told me we forget to schedule with the regional manager)And after 15 minutes they called and said they did the internal hiring( which i a big lie I believe )If it was internal posting why would they post 2-3 different advertisements repeatedly on indeedMaybe someone bribed them or the did this because of my ethnicity. Worst worst firm to apply for.Their Manager Keith and Eric Nelson in Vancouver are very unprofessional people. They don’t value your time and efforts.

They charged me for custom clearance fee and broke fee, and then they deleted all the tracking info and emails, literally stole my package and disappeared. When I got the call from their MAnager Eric, he verbally abused me and threatens to toss my package without telling me the reasons and hang up on me without any clarification. I had to report to RCMP to investigate the case.Follow ups: Finally the regional manager emailed me back and tried to arrange the delivery again. Believe or not, For the fourth time, they forgot to put my buzz code AGAIN!!!! So I had to contact puralator to rearrange a pick up myself. After over 16 days and 3 attempts, and hassle with their four different employees with confusing messages from FB cañada express, I finally get my package back. I just can not believe how they run a business like this in 21st century. Really really the worst customer service ever encountered!!! Please be careful to use them.

Avoid this place or dealing with this place. They illegally held my shipment hostage and demanded a $17 fees before releasing my package. No option for self-clearance. Eric Nelson and his Managers were also the two most useless people I have come across. How they are still In business is a mystery, maybe they sell coke on the side, because the bald manager started yelling at me the moment he saw me. Hehe there are just funny people out there

Useless. They just threw my parcel to purolator(which everyone knows the quality of service) and that's end of story. Neither party tried to reach me until I realized that the parcel has been up in the air for 4 weeks and reached out to them.

If I can give no star I would do so! Worst customer service ever and they trade people like garbage! Staffs are very non knowledgeable and manager has really bad attitude! Strongly not recommend this place!
